05/01/2026: January 4, 2026, for a family lunch (3 people), booked a week in advance on the recommendation of friends because the restaurant is very popular. The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. The service was excellent, never better. The food was excellent in terms of quality, execution, and presentation. Innovation and research are present, balancing the flavors of each dish. We ordered 1 tagliolini with shrimp and truffle, 1 seafood risotto with razor clams and raw oysters, 1 risotto with squid ink, 1 spaghetti allo scoglio, 1 deconstructed fried fish, and 1 cacciucco (fish soup). The price, including 3 bottles of water and a cover charge, was €156.00, truly well spent for the diverse flavors and tasty combinations. For example, I would highlight the cacciucco, which has no fish bones, no tomato, and is oven-baked; the deconstructed fried fish presented in individual containers for the 4 types of fish, and the French fries. As a welcome gift, we were offered a small appetizer and bread with a container of salted butter. After each dish, we mopped up the plate with our plates, thanks to the delicious flavors. Kudos also for the truly comfortable chairs. An experience we'll repeat as soon as possible.
