They have the best seafood pasta I have ever eaten!!! Order the lemon sorbet for dessert!!!! Everything is magnificent!!!

Went here for a late lunch/ diner. Good was deli. Service was great. Felt really authentic. 10/10 would def recommend.

Booked with the fork for mid-August for dinner, a table for 3 at 8.15pm. As an appetizer, the Mussels marinara and as a first course the spaghetti with clams, and lastly a nice plate of fried mixto, shocking, because from the moment we arrived everything was perfect until the end. Thank you very much, we will definitely be back 🥳🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩❤️🙈. I was forgetting 🤣, plus my son had fun because there's a little corner so the kids can play 🥰

One of our favorite restaurants in Genoa, a „must visit“ during our frequent trips to this beautiful city. Food is excellent (the Frittura is most definitely the best in town) as is the service of the super friendly staff! You can‘t go wrong with a visit to Il Gelsomino!

Ristorante ottimo.. servizio eccellente ...qualità prezzo buono.la frittura mista era buonissima e abbondante...Che dire e da ritornarci sicuramente.

.. .I returned with friends and we all had a great time... Excellent food from starters to desserts. The outdoor garden where we had dinner was very welcoming and relaxing. We will be back very soon.

Super fried Jasmine but also tuna with mushrooms or many fish first courses. Delicious desserts. Nice and clean environment and kind and friendly staff. The pizza is also good 🍕

18/08/2024: Overrated. Very standard pizza, and all types have a similar taste. The crowd is just because Adam Sandlar had lunch there one time. It's not worth waiting in a very long queue for a table.
16/08/2024: Tiny restaurant with 6 seats inside and about 30 seats outside. Very busy at lunch time with only 1 waitress and 1 child waiter - not enough to deal with the number of customers. This means you're left with long waits to be seated and long waits to be served. People coming tend to jump at an empty table and then wait for it to be cleared at some point. When the food arrives it is good, but probably just as good as with other, less stressful places. Pizzas are overly big but have a thin crust so not too filling - you can easily share between 2 for a lunch. Focaccia and cold plates are also good. Salads are simple.
