The appetizer of mixed cured meats and cheeses wasn't exceptional; the best things were the cheeses and the potato fritters of various flavors. The speck was tough and not particularly flavorful; in fact, the fresher salami was good, while the game one was tough, and like the speck, it was quite tasteless. For main courses, we had starters, which were truly generous and excellent; I left feeling full and satisfied. On a negative note, which personally bothered me greatly, was seeing the very young waiter lingering at the table chatting and drinking with a couple of other customers of the same age; I found it in very bad taste and disrespectful of the other diners. This scene ended beautifully with him openly flirting with some girls in their early twenties at another table. Truly unprofessional; if I had the chance, I don't think I'd return for this very reason.

We had lunch after visiting the war museum. Delicious dumplings, generous portions, and fast service. The only flaw was the somewhat rude and cold service from the waitress at our table; I'd imagine she was having a bad day. A lovely place with traditional cuisine, perfect for a lovely trip to Rovereto.

Excellent food, very fresh and flavorful fish appetizer, generous and delicate fettuccine with chanterelle mushrooms. The platter was very good and the steak was medium-sized. The prices are a bit high, but the quality is worth it. Excellent Traminer and Teroldego. A lovely souvenir to take home. The atmosphere is refined and extremely clean. Fast and friendly.

I went to Rovereto for a pleasure trip with my wife and my big dog. I was immediately struck by the courtesy of the staff, the location in a fairytale-like ancient crypt, impeccable service, and exorbitant dishes: heavenly canederli (dumplings), an explosion of flavor, fettuccine with mushrooms of the same caliber, generous platters, and delicious venison goulash, every flavor stood out. Excellent wines, and finally, ladies and gentlemen, the STRUDELL—a culinary experience you must try at least once in your life... We had a second helping the next day, I don't know about you.

While passing through Rovereto, we dined at this charming and well-stocked restaurant. Excellent game and traditional dishes.

We came to this restaurant inspired by the reviews and photos, but the menu has changed from the one on Google. The prices are higher, and in my opinion, the menu lacks identity and isn't particularly rich or inviting. In short, it doesn't represent Rovereto or how the restaurant aims to be. The tataki was nothing special for €25, the goulash was decent, but the polenta was completely tasteless and bland. The only redeeming feature was the dumplings; they were very good, tasty, and plentiful. Having not tried the other dishes, I can't give a full review, but I was left unsatisfied and a little disappointed.

Cena con un folto gruppo di colleghi stranieri. Abbiamo cenato degustando antipasti misti e diversi main course, a seconda dei gusti ed esigenze delle singole persone. Salumi buoni, formaggi gustosi. Come piatto ho preso il gulash di cervo, onestamente non era speciale. Carne stranamente molto grassa e la polenta dura. Vini: dopo un buon Teroldego siamo passati ad Amarone, veramente eccezionale. La grappa finale (barricata) non era niente di speciale. Servizio gentile e molto cortese, oltre che paziente con una tavolata numerosa come la nostra. Suggerisco di preparare i menu anche in inglese.

Este es un agradable restaurante relajante en el centro histórico. El personal era acogedor y servicial. Comí tagliere de carne local, seguido de un plato de tagliatelle. Ambos estaban bien hechos y sabrosos. Usado por los lugareños. Los precios son razonables para la calidad.
