I chose a truly surprising approach: • Slow-cooked egg with Morlacco and Bastardo del Grappa fondue, two traditional cheeses that gave the dish a unique personality. • Shrimp and rosewater risotto, inspired by the dish D'Annunzio dedicated to Duse: delicate, refined, and unforgettable. • To finish on a refreshing note, a mango sorbet left a light and fragrant note on the palate. Each course was a discovery, elegantly presented and accompanied by impeccable service: courteous, professional, and attentive to every detail.
