I've met Angelo several times, and he's very kind and helpful. Riccardo is also very smart and talented. Jennifer is great, friendly, and a real talent in the kitchen, as is Elisa, and they make super good pasta and pizza. They have various gluten-free options, some lactose-free, and vegan options... but they're available.
