We had very good pizza and desserts. The atmosphere was nice and the staff were friendly.

A restaurant near the airport, discovered by chance through an ad on Facebook. We ate there today for lunch. The cotoletta alla bolognese was amazing, and the staff was very kind and welcoming. I'll definitely be back to try the pizzas too.

The truly unique thing about this place is that right outside the restaurant you can watch planes take off and land up close. It's a favorite pastime with my old group of friends.

I booked a dinner, taking advantage of the offer, to try their famous "cotoletta alla bolognese" (breaded cutlet Bolognese). It was a wonderful experience. Everything was delicious, and above all, I appreciated their great courtesy and hospitality. It's definitely an evening worth repeating and highly recommended.

Just minutes from Bologna's Marconi Airport, the EMI restaurant surprises with its ability to present Bolognese tradition, enriched with modern tastes and requirements. This cuisine respects Bolognese history, but rather lightens dishes, making them more palatable while maintaining their flavors. We focused on traditional dishes, from the Emilian appetizer with crescenti (or fried gnocco, if you prefer) to the Bolognese cutlet, both generously portioned, flavorful, and more than convincing. The potato tortellini, on the other hand, need to be rebalanced and refined, but the approach is the right one, as confirmed by the pumpkin gnocchi with wild boar. Pizzas also feature prominently on the menu. Excellent value for money, the dining room staff are courteous, cheerful, and knowledgeable, yet never intrusive. Wine by the glass is available at a reasonable markup. You leave the table satisfied—very satisfied, in fact. Parking is available nearby.

I had dinner at this pizzeria. The pizza was very good, and the service was excellent, at least until I went to pay. While I was paying, they ask if you want to leave a tip. A tip, as a service charge, is already entered by default in the POS terminal. Now, a tip isn't something you "ask for." You leave a tip if you want, and asking for one risks embarrassing the person paying. Secondly, tips are given to the waiters, not included in the total payment. Who can assure me it's then distributed equally among the waiters? That said, go ahead, the pizza is good. If you want, you can leave a tip.
