I have had the opportunity to have lunch several times at this restaurant and I must always say with great satisfaction. The location is splendid among the hills of Arfanta, the service is excellent from the staff who are always very kind, the spit is superb and the choice of wines is wide. Highly recommended.

I returned for the meat spit, a local tradition of mixed meats that turn near the flame of a Valais fireplace, on a wood fire. It is an old know-how to make the fire and cook pieces of beef, pork, rabbit and chicken. It all takes hours of care and cooking. It is worth it, together with the mixed side dishes of roasted parate polenta and wild vegetables Well done! And fair prices. Do not forget the dessert with the red passito di refrontolo with marzemino grapes and almond tozzetti.

An unforgettable experience! We had a wonderful stay: the warm welcome and attention to detail won us over. The food was a true journey into authentic flavors, every dish delighted us. Compliments to the cuisine, which manages to combine tradition and refinement. The room was comfortable and welcoming, allowing us to sleep well thanks to the quiet and comfort. And the view? Simply breathtaking. It is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the surrounding beauty, an experience that regenerates body and soul.

Bellissima location, tra i vigneti e molto accogliente.Mangiate buono e anche il vino, spiedo eccellente e personale cortese e veloce.Ci tornerò sicuramente....bravi

After several years we returned to this restaurant for Christmas lunch and we were super satisfied. The quality of the food is excellent (with a special mention for the spit) and the service is always attentive and friendly. Highly recommended!

We had dinner in this very welcoming restaurant. Truly impeccable food and service. Furthermore, they have lactose-free ice cream ☺️ If we return to these areas we will definitely return!

28/03/2025: I came back after a long time, I think more than a year. As I remembered, the service is impeccable and not suffocating, the dishes are always surprising and every bite is truly a delight. The environment is elegant and offers the right comforts to fully enjoy the culinary experience. Obviously it has a cost but it is really worth it. I won't wait that long to come back!
25/03/2025: The place is very welcoming. As for meat selection nothing to say but it should be allowed to keep the meat warm at the table. Our (Austrian) steak lost its flavor once cold. If this detail is fixed, we will definitely try again.
