I have had the opportunity to have lunch several times at this restaurant and I must always say with great satisfaction. The location is splendid among the hills of Arfanta, the service is excellent from the staff who are always very kind, the spit is superb and the choice of wines is wide. Highly recommended.

I came back for the meat skewer, a local tradition
of mixed meats that rotate near the flame of a Valais fireplace, over a wood fire.
It's an old man knowing how to make fire
and cook chunks of beef, pork, rabbit and chicken. It all takes hours of curing and cooking.
It is worth it, together with the mixed side dishes of roasted polenta and wild vegetables
Well done! And fair prices.
Don't forget the dessert with red passito di refrontolo with
marzemino grapes and almond pieces.

An unforgettable experience!
We had a wonderful stay: the warm welcome and attention to detail won us over.
The food was a true journey into authentic flavors, every dish delighted us. Compliments to the cuisine, which manages to combine tradition and refinement.
The room was comfortable and welcoming, allowing us to sleep well thanks to the quiet and comfort.
And the view? Simply breathtaking. It is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the surrounding beauty, an experience that regenerates body and soul.

After several years we returned to this restaurant for Christmas lunch and we were super satisfied. The quality of the food is excellent (with a special mention for the spit) and the service is always attentive and friendly. Highly recommended!

It is my partner and I's favorite place when we need a relaxing break. A little perched on the Prosecco hills and completely immersed in greenery and silence.
