We've been spending a few days at this establishment for several years now, and it's always a delight. The rooms are large, modern, and well-appointed. As for the restaurant, it's a delight from start to finish, with breathtaking views of the Prosecco hills. Starting the day with breakfast on the terrace is simply magical. The welcome and service are attentive and efficient. We'll be back again!

Ottima cucina all’interno di una location che si affaccia sull’intera vallata. L’esperienza da non perdere è sicuramente pranzare o cenare sulla terrazza esterna, da cui si gode un panorama semplicemente meraviglioso. In alternativa, c’è una veranda accogliente, e se il meteo non collabora, una bella sala interna con camino, che aggiunge calore e atmosfera. La cucina è semplice ma concreta. Il personale, così come i proprietari, è gentile, affabile ed efficiente. Si mangia locale: prodotti tipici della zona, piatti della tradizione, senza voli pindarici ma con una preparazione accurata e convincente. Da segnalare il risotto con morchelle, davvero ben eseguito. Vale la pena intraprendere un percorso un po’ difficoltoso per raggiungere il locale, perché la fatica (per lo più virtuale, visto che la fa l’auto) della salita viene ripagata dalla leggerezza del ritorno.

A nice and refined country inn. A simple menu, but of excellent quality. Polite and smiling staff. Better to book, especially for lovers of spit.

As for the view, I recommend everyone who lives in the city to stop by because it is an experience that you really have to do. Even for wine lovers it is worth it. Let's start with the hotel. Beautiful and very well-kept rooms, super modern. Heavenly bed and pillows. I slept very well. Super honest price. Let's move on to the restaurant. The heart of everything is the fireplace in the center where they grill meat, cooked in front of you. Limited menu as it should be when you focus on quality. And when a dish ends on the menu it ends, there are no half measures. The veal I had had all the hints of wood from the grill so I really appreciated it. I have had the opportunity to have lunch several times at this restaurant and I must always say with great satisfaction. The location is splendid among the hills of Arfanta, the service is excellent from the staff who are always very kind, the spit is superb and the choice of wines is wide. Highly recommended.

I returned for the meat spit, a local tradition of mixed meats that turn near the flame of a Valais fireplace, on a wood fire. It is an old know-how to make the fire and cook pieces of beef, pork, rabbit and chicken. It all takes hours of care and cooking. It is worth it, together with the mixed side dishes of roasted parate polenta and wild vegetables Well done! And fair prices. Do not forget the dessert with the red passito di refrontolo with marzemino grapes and almond tozzetti.
