09/12/2025: At Trattoria Al Turbine, you don't just come to eat: you enter a small universe where tradition meets boldness, and where every dish is a story come to life.
Chef and owner Andrea has that rare ability to bring the past and the future together: he takes the most authentic flavors of our cuisine—the twenty dishes that smell of home, history, and memory—and weaves them with an innovation that's never forced, always elegant, born from a single, unmistakable source: passion. A passion you feel vibrating in the aromas wafting from the kitchen, in the color of the dishes, in the respectful silence that precedes the first bite.
As Saint-Exupéry wrote: "Perfection is achieved not when there is nothing left to add, but when there is nothing left to take away."
At Al Turbine, this principle takes shape in every creation: essential, pure, true.
And then there's Martina, his other half not only in life but in the very experience you live at the table.
Her welcoming warmth, that light in her eyes that makes you feel part of something familiar and precious, is the invisible ingredient that transforms a dinner into a memory. With her, every diner is not a customer, but a guest: welcomed, listened to, pampered.
In a world where food is often fast, noisy, and forgettable, Al Turbine exists like an oasis:
a place where you breathe authenticity,
taste courage,
and take home gratitude.
Leaving, you look back for one last moment, almost as if to ensure you capture in your memory that moment when tradition and innovation ceased to be concepts and became emotions.
An experience that is not told: it is lived.
And remembered. Always.
A heartfelt thank you from Eros
27/11/2025: The food was fantastic, the service a little less so.
The waiters never smiled and were very cold and rude, especially to children, for whom the restaurant is absolutely not equipped. Regarding the quality of the food, there was nothing to complain about: impeccable.
