Beautiful place, charming accommodation, wonderful breakfast, sensational sea view, when the expansion of the areas is finished, it will be sensational, I recommend it

It was a bit laud because of some works in hotel design, but we relaxed.

Stayed at the Cristallo Hotel for 5 days at the end of August. The property is beautiful and well-maintained (despite the expansion work, with a spa and pool area coming soon), not far from the partner beach and the evening stroll. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Lunches and dinners were truly authentic. The rooftop terrace features a hot tub for relaxing. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel. Some problems with ongoing construction, but the friendliness and professionalism of the manager, Emiliano, the receptionist, and the waiters made up for it.

Overall, the hotel wasn't bad, although the room furnishings were a bit dated. Despite the all-inclusive plan, drinks were charged separately, including water (but this was also noted on the website when booking). The staff was very friendly and competent. The cleanliness was excellent, as were the amenities.

We had a wonderful July stay at the Hotel Cristallo. We booked a spacious superior sea-view room with a private balcony complete with chairs and a drying rack. I didn't particularly like the semi-transparent sliding bathroom door, but the room was good overall, with Sky channels and memory foam mattresses. The food service was excellent, always fresh, with a choice of meat and fish dishes, and the waiters were helpful and courteous. I don't agree with the policy of charging extra for drinks. The beach is 200 meters away, so you have to walk a bit, but it's well-stocked. The rooftop Jacuzzis are excellent, and perhaps a swimming pool will be available in a few years. Evenings include a piano bar and unobtrusive entertainment.

The hotel exceeded expectations in a great location. Comfortable rooms, excellent service, and helpful staff. Excellent food quality.

The best hotel for a vacation in Giulianova. Centrally located and facing the sea. Impeccable amenities: excellent cuisine, private beach, hot tubs. Attentive and welcoming staff. I will definitely be back!

Good location, friendly staff. Perfectly renovated rooms! The breakfast buffet could be improved a bit. Perfect shaded parking next door! Perfect beach! Minibar 0.5l water €6!! There's currently a large construction site in front of the hotel, but it's not a problem.
