Ristorante Hopera In Alghero

I don't know why this restaurant only has 2.5 stars. I've been there twice, and the pasta was very good. The service was a bit pricey, but it was bearable.

Everything was absolutely wonderful 🤍 The mussels in tomato sauce were incredible, the waiter Adrian who served us was truly the best thing that happened to us in Alghero, and the atmosphere was just perfect. And the sangria… honestly, 10/10 ✨ Highly recommend!

Delicious. We came here almost every day specifically to eat. I don't understand the earlier reviews, but maybe it's just a matter of time... there are few tourists now (April). Pizza, octopus, calamari, ravioli, Italian paella... all delicious.

It's a cool place, both inside and out. It was really crowded that evening, but the staff were incredibly efficient and well-organized. We tried the spaghetti bolognese, carbonara, and lasagna – we highly recommend them. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to try the pizza and bruschetta, which also looked incredibly delicious. Best regards to the staff 👌 ☺️

We decided to sit before looking at reviews. If we had looked we certainly wouldn’t have gone. I’ve never seen reviews this low in all my travels. We were pretty happy with our experience however. The service was pleasant and quick. The servers were smiley, and attentive. The food for the kids was amazing in portion and value. I did find the calamari not very tasty however the rest of the meals were alright but definitely not 2 star rating bad. I’m after the meal, our kids got ice cream with their meal from the neighbouring shop. It came with their “kids meal”. Shockingly the ice cream shop also had a 2.5 rating which is impossible for coffee and ice cream. And so I’ve come to the conclusion that their rating is bad because of issues that are most probably related with ownership. I don’t think the rating is a proper representation of the food and service.

Amazing... delicious, super fresh, high-quality dishes... Neapolitan soup, fried calamar, octopus with potato cream, spaghetti with mussels, vogonle, bottarga, and Neapolitan pastiera. Oh, and then the service from Angelo, what can I say? More than perfect, super kind, efficient, and attentive. Welcoming from a beautiful, very kind, and friendly blonde girl.

Delicious food, smiling and radiant people!

Perfect place for dinner. Very fast service. We waited 5 minutes for four courses. The food was delicious. The service was very friendly. The seating was cozy and the outdoor heaters were warm, as it can get a bit cooler in the evenings. I highly recommend it.

Excellent food, nice ambiance, helpful staff and affordable prices. Highly recommended!
