Tonight's surprise was fantastic. I've been going to this pizzeria for years and I already knew the goodness of Paolo's pizzas but tonight I found and tried the Pinsa. 72 hour leavening and absolute goodness. I tried the peak of sweetness with the dessert, a semifreddo with mascarpone cream in the shape of a cherry. All very good. Highly recommended. Must try
