Great Japanese food!! Refined and not banal!!!

I have always been a customer of theirs since they opened the place since they then changed to being called Japan House and again Hokkaido, I have always found sushi normal, nothing very luxurious but being an all you can eat it is more than fine. Always recommended for a simple dinner or lunch. But I can't order takeaway from you and find dragon clouds in a garbage bag because you can tell me anything but it's a waste bag or something. There were a thousand alternatives including paper bags like those found in bars, I would have preferred less food instead. We threw them away because honestly it didn't seem hygienic. Plus you didn't even answer my why for this.
