Ristorante Hokkaido In Rimini

First time and I have to say that it was absolutely a test passed. The environment is well-kept, clean, nice large tables even for just 2 people, really cozy and comfortable chairs. The staff is always kind, present and has a great eye, when they see an empty plate they take it away immediately. The cuisine, in addition to being fast is really tasty, the mix of flavors that is proposed is worth every penny spent, recommended!

What can I say, great location and top quality food. Highly recommended!

My favorite restaurant Everything was great

Very nice place, clean and welcoming. Excellent food and generous portions. I have been back several times and have always eaten very well. Highly recommended.

I am writing this review reluctantly, because it is a restaurant where I have always enjoyed myself, so much so that I have recommended it several times to friends and acquaintances. Unfortunately, however, today's experience deeply disappointed me. Despite a reservation made well in advance (almost half an hour's notice), I had to wait a further 15 minutes to sit at the table. The reservation management system seems completely inefficient: the impression is that the table is searched for only when customers arrive, making having booked effectively useless. To make the situation worse, I witnessed scenes bordering on the absurd: people already seated and intent on eating who were moved to accommodate other customers, and the classic "starving person" who, with total nonchalance, skipped the queue, passing in front of everyone without any of the staff intervening. A real shame. I hope this is an isolated incident, but episodes of this kind seriously call into question the professionalism and organization of the place.

Very nice and welcoming place, perfect for a pleasant evening. The sushi is excellent, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Wide choice on the menu, with options for all tastes. The staff is courteous and helpful, ready to satisfy every need. Highly recommended!

We were passing by there and we stopped and ate very well, everything was excellent

I was there yesterday for lunch, everything was very good and there is a lot of choice on the lunch menu compared to other places.

I went to this restaurant last night. I go often, there is a waitress with glasses who is very good, kind and professional. Unfortunately in another one called Alessia it really ruins the welcoming environment that is there. If by mistake I ask her something or call her, she rolls her eyes and either pretends not to hear or she comes in all annoyed, brings the stuff and throws it on the table. A person without a truly unpleasant smile. I'm sorry to abuse people who work like this but some weren't born to be in contact with people. Having said that, excellent food and a beautiful environment

Vasta scelta di pietanze, ideale per uscita all you can eat. Servizio veloce e tutte le volte che sono andato ho trovato buona qualità.
