The atmosphere is welcoming, the place is nice, but the ingredient pairings could use some rethinking. Gnocchi with cheese, pepper, and sea urchin tasted only of cheese (also because the amount of sea urchins was enough for one crostini), and the spaghetti with peppers and anchovies tasted only of peppers. A simpler dish would be better, but one where the seafood flavor prevails.

A great place, we highly recommend it. Refined cuisine, beautifully presented. From starter to dessert, nothing to complain about. Secluded and quiet. Pleasant terrace. Impeccable service.

Hanbury Bistro was the perfect spot for a relaxed and stylish happy hour. We tried a variety of cocktails including the Aperol Spritz and Negroni and loved every single sip. Each drink was expertly made and beautifully presented. We also had the tiramisu and lemon sorbet, both of which were absolutely delicious — the perfect sweet touch to end our visit. The service was attentive and friendly, making us feel very welcome. The atmosphere was just right: lively but not too loud, with a cozy and elegant vibe that made it a memorable evening. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy great drinks, desserts, and ambiance!

Excellent, great restaurant, top-notch service and wonderful meals

A quick stop at this bistro in Ventimiglia. The welcome and service are very warm. The homemade pasta carbonara and lasagna are authentic. A bonus is the dessert of the day, a lemon cream and red berry crumble—a real treat!
