The restaurant is clean and tidy. The atmosphere is very elegant, with a blue and yellow color scheme, bright and comfortable. Eating here makes you feel better. The sushi is particularly good. The ingredients are so fresh you can squeeze the juice. You can taste the authenticity in every bite. The flavors are rich and layered, which is perfect for my taste buds. The service is very good. There's a young man who serves the food quickly and kindly. When we point out a problem, he responds patiently.

Want to "taste" sushi, you're in the right place. Katzobuchi and I know you're in the right place... See the photos and feast on the deliciousness... or... go and enjoy the many delicacies... thank me later. PS: Try the Japanese plum sake, but only if you leave the car at home.

12/10/2025: A decent, uncrowded place with quality ingredients and good service. Limited sushi selection. Free parking in front of the restaurant in the evenings. It's a shame there's a busy road next to the restaurant.
12/09/2025: Very efficient service and delicious food, now that they also offer an all-you-can-eat formula I will definitely be back!

03/06/2025: It is the only restaurant where you can eat real Japanese cuisine in Pesaro. The restaurant has few seats and it is best to book in advance, but it feels like you are really there. The cover charge includes a taste of miso soup and another salmon dish, we then opted for the seasoned Sushi and the urumaki. Truly superior quality fish with real wasabi, not colored mustard. The girl who served us was nice and kind, perhaps not very knowledgeable on all the dishes but it must also be said that she was alone and that is understandable. Obviously, considering the high quality of the products, the price is not low. I highly recommend trying their cuisine, I will definitely go back.
