What an experience!
Absolutely not to be missed if you are staying in the area!
Better to reach the place by taxi so you don't have to drive and can ask for the wine pairing to the tasting menus

Life is frenetic, never a moment of peace..but any day can become Magical..you enter Guido and find an oasis of peace and serenity where you can spend a few hours surrounded by colors, smells and enveloping flavors. Unique dishes created with the raw materials of the territory of excellent quality that conquer you even before putting them to your lips..
The staff is very kind, friendly, knows how to play the game and above all prepared.. 10 rating to the sommelier..
I highly recommend it! Everyone should have an experience at Guido at least once in their life.
Of course the company also plays a fundamental role and I couldn't have asked for better.. thanks Matte.

We chose the “il Vostro mare” route that allows you to create your own tasting menu.
The menu is full of really interesting proposals.
We were advised on the dishes and their history was explained to us. We paired the tasting with a bottle of local wine.

Dining here was my gift for my husband for his birthday.
We tried both of the degustation menus and we loved every single bite of what we tasted.
I can not forget spagetti with oysters.
People who served us were very kind and also very informative. We enjoyed everything about the restaurant.

Clienti abituali, siamo spesso da Guido.
Cucina e location sono più che apprezzabili.
Due cose che non devono succedere
In un locale del genere:
- conteggiare un bicchiere in più, suggerito dal cameriere, con costo al calice. Abbiamo scelto la degustazione con 4 calici, se il sommelier caldeggia il quinto calice, potevano semplicemente conteggiare la degustazione da 5 calici. Invece abbiamo pagato la degustazione da 4 calici più un calice sfuso, ovviamente molto più caro. Ci è sembrato un mezzucio un tantinello miserabile per un locale simile.
- alle 23.45 ci portano il conto senza che fosse richiesto - in altre parole "sloggiate". Altra cosa che un locale del genere NON dovrebbe nemmeno lontanamente sognarsi di fare. Credo non ci fosse il Metre e forse i garzoni si sono presi libertà - a prescindere, è inaccettabile.
Torneremo ma non mancheremo di fare menzione dell'accaduto a chi di dovere.
Attenti ragazzi, guadagnare reputazione è difficile, perderla è questione di un attimo.

We returned after about 2 years and unfortunately we did not find what had bewitched us. The service has changed considerably, the historic maitre is no longer there and the new guy does what he can, however kindness should be rewarded. Apart from the historic cuttlefish cappuccino which fortunately has not changed, we ordered the grouper cappelletti in a broth that was really too full of vinegar, which was inedible for us. Unfortunately, the red mullets had a decidedly strong flavour, the fried food didn't say much. The only noteworthy course is the thyme and strawberry pre-dessert and the meringue dessert. We asked for wine by the glass and although they kindly changed it, unfortunately it remained of low quality. We don't remember how much we spent the previous times but 12 euros for 2 covers this time we will remember it. We reluctantly believe that due to the quality of the wines, some courses and the final price... there may be other places in the area that could give more satisfaction. Sin.

We had the pleasure of experiencing an unforgettable Valentine's Day dinner with a dedicated menu, the attention to detail in the dishes was impeccable, the combinations of umami and powders were superlative.
The courses were an explosion of taste and flavors of the sea prepared with the highest quality raw materials and cooked in both a traditional and innovative way.
I really appreciated the CBT cooking of the fish where the chef managed to enhance their flavors and textures.
Excellent service in the room, very attentive to customers and prepared both in terms of presentation of the dish and in the cellar.
Even though a storm was raging outside, inside the restaurant we had a wonderful experience in harmony with the Valentine's Day menu proposed by the chef. We will certainly return to try the summer experience, hoping for a pleasant sea breeze.

Seconda esperienza in questo ristorante sul lungo mare di Rimini effettuata sempre in inverno, sarebbe stato bello provarlo in estate, magari al tramonto per poter godere a pieno della posizione che in inverno ha sicuramente meno potenziale.
Abbiamo optato per un menu degustazione, ottimo il benvenuto dello Chef con l’iconico cappuccino di seppia!
La canocchia si ricorda il gratin molto buona, un equilibrio di consistenze perfetto, il piatto forte è stato sicuramente Riso, Seppiette e Cedro Candito, una delizia per il palato!
Fritto Misto in farina di riso leggero e gustoso mentre l’aggiunta dei capperi nel dolce l’ho trovata davvero speciale!
Nel complesso un’ottima cena con un ottimo servizio ⭐️
