I finally had the chance to experience dining at this Michelin-starred restaurant, and I must say it was a true culinary dream.
The location, the atmosphere, the service: everything was perfect.
Scilla, in the dining room, was extremely professional, kind, and attentive to every detail. She made us feel right at home, recommending wines with passion and expertise.
Gianluca, in the kitchen, is a true artist. The dishes are works of art, with incredible flavors and presentation. Every bite is an explosion of flavor and creativity. A journey through flavors with fresh, high-quality ingredients.

A wonderful discovery at this all-fish restaurant with unique and innovative combinations. The fish and shellfish are prepared with great care.
The only downside was that it was a little too salty for my taste, but the sommelier's explanation was a welcome way to understand the chef's cooking style. Bravo!

Me and my Wife had a lovely evening there on the 29th.
Food: we had the memories tasting menu, amazing both in presentation and taste.
Service: also amazing, a warm thanks to the service team and a special thanks to Simone who took us on a special trip with his superb knowlage in wine.
Atmosphear: realy cosy and clean with good choice in music.

We had such a great experience overall. They brought out lots of little dishes for us to try on top of what we ordered, which was a really fun surprise. The service was excellent - super friendly and informative, which was great since we’re not exactly fish experts. I wasn’t totally sold on the fish cappuccino, but it was still interesting to try something different. They also went out of their way to bring dessert with a candle since it was a celebratory dinner, which was really thoughtful. The place had a nice, quiet atmosphere. The only slight downside was the beach view, but that’s obviously not something the restaurant can control.

An excellent lunch at this historic restaurant, which I've been wanting to try for a long time.
I enjoyed every course, starting with the truly unique amuse-bouche, which allowed me to taste ingredients I'd never imagined. The cuttlefish cappuccino was another incredible discovery with its unique texture. The mantis shrimp impressed me with the elegance the chef brought to a generally more "raw" dish like gratin. The real "star" of this menu was the risotto with cuttlefish and candied citron: one of the best dishes I've ever eaten in my life! An explosion of delicate yet bold flavors, a true delight for the palate. My boyfriend and I were both thrilled with this dish.
The fried food, however, was disappointing; it was truly bland and subdued compared to the rest of the dishes. It was unlike any other fried food, and the accompanying "sauce" added nothing.
The dessert was exquisite, along with excellent pastries and coffee.
The wine list was excellent; we loved the wine we chose.
The service was courteous and discreet, not intrusive.
A very positive experience. I recommend it for an occasion or, as in our case, simply to treat yourself on a casual day.
