We arrived at Guido after some short trips around Italy during which we tried several very interesting starred dishes. This last stop was simply magical, an unexpected experience of peace, stimulating cuisine and thoughtful service. First of all the place: location with large windows on the beach of Rimini, which on a sunny day at the end of November offers a unique spectacle, without a soul on the shoreline. We start with a serious indecision about what to eat which the staff resolves in a commendable manner by suggesting the hand-chosen tasting menu, but with their precious advice. We start with the cuttlefish cappuccino: simply stunning. Definitely one of the dishes that have left the most impression on me in recent years: not for everyone but certainly as balanced as possible in that it is essentially a cuttlefish foam with its ink. The spaghetti with oysters is excellent but the raw fish served in filtered sea water is even more memorable. Fantastic service, with narration of the history of the place and the places of Rimini. Price frankly impossible to criticize for the type of dishes offered. 👨‍🍳In short: magical location and pure cuisine with deep flavours 🤩 Unmissable: the cuttlefish cappuccino 🤔To rethink: perhaps making the entrance a little easier to notice wouldn't be a bad thing

Il mio ragazzo mi ha portato a cena in questo ristorante e devo dire che ha affatto un’ottima scelta! Location molto bella ed intima, servizio attento e discreto. Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione e ogni portata era migliore della precedente! Menzione speciale per il loro cappuccino di seppia. Consigliatissimo

Restaurant located on the beach, very elegant and with a few well-spaced tables. Obviously we eat fish. Rigorous, direct cuisine, without many frills and with delicate flavours. I ate seafood pizza, spaghetti with oysters, a very light mixed fried dish and eel with burnt lemon. You leave the table full but not weighed down. A special mention for the talented sommelier who served us excellent proposals by the glass. Well done, well done....

Great restaurant with great service As a 1 star restaurant I have to give this 4 stars because some of the main courses were not to my personal taste and this was not on the menu. The cod was cooked and then served chilled. I would have liked the course better warm. Sepia with The riscotta was supposed to be fried, but it was only cooked and I missed the roasted aromas. Gladly again it was a great evening

The associations are sometimes surprising but a great discovery for me, my husband is more mixed. Perfect service
