Amazing Ski Vacation at a Stunning Hotel We spent a fantastic week skiing while staying at this incredible hotel. The building itself is uniquely beautiful and truly special. The service was exceptional, making our stay even more enjoyable. Every morning, we headed to Madonna di Campiglio for skiing, which was a great experience. The hotel offers excellent restaurants, a spacious and luxurious spa, and beautifully designed rooms. Our room was especially impressive—large, elegantly furnished, and featuring a balcony with a breathtaking view of the snow. Overall, a highly recommended stay for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and great skiing!

Spa: 5 out of 5. Wonderful spa team! F&B: 2 out of 5 Notably: dinner service is VERY long. I guess because they are short of staff? One not so funny incident we noticed last night: Our neighbour table ordered chicken but came with a rib eye steak. They were quite shocked. It’s quite pricy if you do not have half/full board package.

For me will remain the best experience. I know there are some unsatisfied customers, but for us everything was lovely. Maybe the massage was a little bit too expensive and not what we expected. The rooms are nice and clean. The stuff is very nice and friendly. The spa area is the best. Of course, there were some guests that were rude and disrespectful, but it’s not the hotel’s stuff fault.

5,000sqM of spa and treatment rooms are worth the trip. Relatively near Madonna di Campiglio makes it a great sky destination as well. Finally the new, modern but warm construction makes this a wonderful 5 star destination. Cons: Pinzolo is only about 800m from sea level so snow is less common and the town is not wonderful. The starred restaurant is good but the “normal” is a bit aseptic. Staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful although not always 100% professional if you consider the cost (1,000/night during our stay). All and all, one of the most exclusive and relaxing destination in the area.
