+ Very modern and at the same time comfortably furnished + Very spacious rooms + Good selection at breakfast - Dinner is good, but we expected more due to the ambience of the hotel - Pinzolo is unfortunately a bit remote, although there are a few shops in the village, it is at least 1 hour easy to get to Lake Garda. We didn't find many hiking trails, but the path to the waterfall is recommended - Service is generally okay, but you won't find the warmth of South Tyrol here. More of an “Italian” kind

Good morning, Truly beautiful place, very well looked after and of a very high standard. It's a shame that some of the catering staff are unprofessional and discriminatory. For me everything is fine.

One of the most beautiful structures I have visited in Trentino, a true 5 star where the welcome is of great style, the Director Polegato welcomed us with his elegance and professionalism and personally accompanied us to the breakfast room where they welcomed us warmly, the restaurant room is beautiful where a large window with a breathtaking view of Pinzolo and the whitewashed Dolomites pampers you throughout breakfast, With very well organized open kitchens, compliments for the high level breakfast, very kind dining room staff assisted by the maitre with grace.. congratulations 🎉🍾🎊
