Overall fantastic hotel. The spa was exceptional and so was the skiing. The rooms are spacious and have a nice view - I suggest taking the one onto the snowy valley. The restaurant is ok (great breakfast, lunch very mediocre and dinner fine). We went down to the town for most dinners and had lunch on the mountain and then it's perfect. The only real issue is the staff is at times not super professional (for example, I wanted help booking a ski lession and the employee lost interest and gave me numbers to call... so in my broken Italian I had to negotiate and then pay for the privilege of using the hotel phone, which was billed extortionately, when in principle for a hotel of this calibre the employee should have done the work). On the other hand, the spa employees were outstanding so bit of a mixed bag.

An absolutely fantastic stay at the Hotel Lefay. From the first minute you feel completely at home - the staff is warm, professional and attentive. The design of the hotel is modern, stylish and perfectly embedded in the breathtaking natural backdrop of the Dolomites. I was particularly impressed by the spacious spa area. An oasis of peace with a fantastic view. There is also no culinary wish left unfulfilled; regional specialties are prepared to the highest standards.

I had an incredible experience staying at lafey! We booked this hotel specifically to have a spa experience that was close to skiing and snowboarding. Everything about this hotel is wonderful. The spa is adult only which is appreciated so it can be the calm relaxing environment that you are looking for. I would really only recommend the deep tissue massage, especially if you are looking for something with any pressure. We did a light massage on our first day and it was not worth the money at all. The spa facilities make this place worth going to even if you’re not going to get a service. The multiple saunas, the multiple pools, the mini relaxation areas. The facilities are some of the best that I have seen in my time going to spas across the world. The panoramic sauna which overlooks the Alps is absolutely stunning. Everything was meticulously clean, which is so important in a spa environment. Would not recommend the facial- was mediocre but not bad. Room was clean and modern while also feeling rustic, we had a view of a hillside with cute sheep. Coordinating getting to the ski slopes was a breeze, and so affordable! We rented our equipment on site for less than $50 a person and then got our lift tickets on site as well, with a transfer down to the slopes and a pick up from the slope all included in our stay! Would return and recommend to anyone looking for a spa getaway in Italy!

Splendid hotel set in a picturesque valley, very nice spa.

A dream stay, immersed in the mountains, with a view that leaves you breathless: an experience that everyone should have at least once in their life. The furnishings are taken care of down to the smallest details, the rooms are delightful and welcoming, the breakfast is excellent and plentiful. Impeccable cleanliness and a regenerating silence complete the picture. The spa area is splendid: elegant, well maintained and equipped with every comfort. A true corner of peace and relaxation. The staff is professional and very kind. Unfortunately, we experienced a truly unpleasant episode that particularly affected us: a girl with short hair, in charge of changing towels in the spa, accused us publicly - and without any basis - of behavior that never happened, speaking out loud in front of other couples. An unfair, unexpected and embarrassing accusation, in stark contrast to the refined atmosphere of the place. We were speechless and preferred not to respond. We were very sorry, especially because we had long dreamed of treating ourselves to a stay in a place like this, despite the little time available. An experience that could have been perfect in every aspect. Despite everything, the place remains extraordinary and I will still recommend it enthusiastically.

Per rapporto qualità prezzo, il conto è stato anche sotto la media dei ristoranti di questo livello, Veramente un posto dove tornerei domani.
