Perfect hotel, new, clean, a 5-minute walk from the ski lifts.
Impeccable half-board service, refined dishes, and very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Highly recommended!

We have stayed 4 days in this hotel, walking distance from the main gondola and from the center of Pinzolo. The hotel is very new, our room was very beautiful, great attention to details, all very new and a great balcony with two chairs and a table. The stuff is very friendly and attentive to your needs and always helpful. Cherry on the cake there is a small but well equipped spa that is ideal for after ski relax. The hotel has also a parking space directly behind the building. All in all very recommendable and it we will be back in Pinzolo we will surely return !

A cozy hotel with attention to detail. A very nice restaurant, with well-appointed and spacious rooms. The room includes a refrigerator, kettle, and a basic selection of teas. The ski room is located in the basement, accessible via a ramp to the underground garage. The hotel staff are very friendly. Special thanks to the waiter, Tyciano, who speaks Italian, English, and Polish. He is very polite and enjoys conversation with guests. The food is good, though not sophisticated. Breakfast is quite poor for a four-star hotel. There are no vegetables. Tasty breads, cold cuts, and cheeses, but the selection is limited. There is a wide selection of teas and delicious coffee, along with freshly squeezed fruit juices. Dinner is served with a basic salad buffet. No olives or feta cheeses. The menu consists of four dishes. Fish, meat, and seafood are available. Drinks are available at an additional cost, and bottled mineral water (0.75 liters) costs €3.50. The restaurant is quiet, with pleasant music. Breakfast is served until 10:00 AM, dinner from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM. The spa area is small, but everything is new, including a jacuzzi, saunas, and a relaxation room. The ski bus stop is about 250 meters from the hotel, next to the tourist information center. The nearest ski lift station is just one stop away. The cost for the whole day is €2. However, if you buy a 5-day ski pass to be used within 7 days, the ski bus is free. You can arrange everything at the information point at the town hall, very close to the hotel. You can drive to the nearest ski lift (about 400 meters from the hotel), and parking is free there. It's important to remember the local tax. It's €35 for two people per week. The tax is paid at reception.
On the downside: If you're a very comfortable person, it can be a bit tiring to walk to the ski bus stop or to the lift with your equipment (it's a bit uphill). In Room 205, the Life type, the refrigerator is very noisy, and you have to turn it off at night. But the view from the windows is beautiful. The room lacks a typical seating area, like armchairs and a table. But if you ask at the front desk, an armchair will be provided (thank you).
Oh, and the hotel description mentioned a welcome kit. I don't know what it is, because I didn't notice any in the room after check-in 🤔🤔.
Overall, the hotel is very nice, in a quiet location, and it's a great place to relax. The ski lifts in Pinzolo are wonderful. It's usually beautiful, sunny, and the restaurant at the highest peak serves delicious food and has spectacular views. It's close to Lake Garda.
