The staff is super friendly and very committed to their guests' interests. They are happy to offer tips for excursions and the surrounding area. You feel wonderfully looked after and very comfortable. Allergies and intolerances are immediately taken into account and communicated so that everyone on the staff is aware of them. Our room was beautifully decorated with lots of wood, making it very cozy. It offers everything you need. There is plenty of storage space and a large terrace. The hotel's location near the forest and the entire outdoor spa area are wonderful places to relax and unwind.

We loved the SPA located in the middle of nature. The sauna and whirlpool have a really unique feature. You can heat them with wood 🪵 which gives it a very special kind of heat. The breakfast was really good and you can charge your e-car for free.

A very beautiful, quiet hotel on the edge of the Saarner Scharte mountain pass with very high-quality, sustainable, and unique cuisine. The spa area is also fantastic and designed outside the usual mainstream. We always feel at home at Gregor's. There are also some beautiful hiking trails and a ski area around the hotel. Gregor also offers guided tours himself.

One of the most beautiful properties I've ever had the fortune of visiting in the province of Bolzano. The spa area is exceptional, the rooms are beautiful and well-maintained, and every detail has been meticulously designed. The view of the surrounding mountains is breathtaking, perfect for hiking but also for enjoying excellent cuisine and relaxing.

Everything was perfect… wellness, cuisine, friendliness and professionalism! You feel welcome and very comfortable as a guest. The hotel is an experience, a great combination of old and new while incorporating nature. A highlight is the 30 degree outdoor pool, which can be used even in bad weather. The kitchen is fantastic and the staff is extremely friendly!

I can recommend the hotel to anyone who likes quality, down-to-earth luxury, well-being and service excellence... simply everything a 12/10! We'll definitely be back and are so happy that we ended up there completely by chance.
