This hotel and its staff represent hospitality in capital leters. After a long trip I was greeted by a very friendly owner. The fact I was with a dog was not a problem at all, on the contrary. The room I had was spacious and very nice and clean. The dinner was superb. Too bad I stayed only for one night. I will come back for a longer stay. The hotel is superb

I only stopped for lunch, and it was a wonderful culinary experience. The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and the dining room was stunning, in a mountain style, where wood dominates. The dishes weren't classic South Tyrolean, but were very sophisticated, using local ingredients. Top service, compliments to the entire hotel staff.

A beautifully situated house surrounded by nature, offering immediate peace and relaxation. A fabulous kitchen with great attention to detail. Ideal for those seeking relaxation and enjoyment.

The staff is super friendly and very committed to their guests' interests. They are happy to offer tips for excursions and the surrounding area. You feel wonderfully looked after and very comfortable. Allergies and intolerances are immediately taken into account and communicated so that everyone on the staff is aware of them. Our room was beautifully decorated with lots of wood, making it very cozy. It offers everything you need. There is plenty of storage space and a large terrace. The hotel's location near the forest and the entire outdoor spa area are wonderful places to relax and unwind.

We loved the SPA located in the middle of nature. The sauna and whirlpool have a really unique feature. You can heat them with wood 🪵 which gives it a very special kind of heat. The breakfast was really good and you can charge your e-car for free.

A very beautiful, quiet hotel on the edge of the Saarner Scharte mountain pass with very high-quality, sustainable, and unique cuisine. The spa area is also fantastic and designed outside the usual mainstream. We always feel at home at Gregor's. There are also some beautiful hiking trails and a ski area around the hotel. Gregor also offers guided tours himself.

One of the most beautiful properties I've ever had the fortune of visiting in the province of Bolzano. The spa area is exceptional, the rooms are beautiful and well-maintained, and every detail has been meticulously designed.
