Ristorante GOLD In Castelmauro

A group of us were in town from the US for a wedding. When we went to the grocery store the morning of the wedding and the woman at the register asked us to come to her restaurant, Gold. We said we would go the following day and we are so glad we did. The food was amazing. The wine we had was great. The atmosphere was cool and calm. The best part (apart from the food) was the service. The gentleman who served us- I believe one of the owners- was kind and patient and even brought in a friend to help translate our English and his Italian. They went above and beyond to make for a wonderful last night in Castelmauro. We enjoyed our meal and our experience and will remember it fondly.

Pasquetta Gold in name and in fact. I am now a regular customer and I can't help but compliment you every time. Dishes always perfect and cared for both in taste and presentation. For those who haven't had the pleasure of going there yet, I highly recommend it.
