We stopped by on our motorbike with friends for an aperitif... the owner was extremely friendly and kind... we were served excellently and the appetizers that accompanied our Aperol Spritz were plentiful and of excellent quality... Recommended!!!

Coming to Bobbio I booked for lunch I took a trio of first courses, I must say that I am not an expert on Piacenza dishes. Maccheroni alla bobbiese excellent Pissarei and fasau good Pine nuts with porcini mushrooms, excellent pasta while for me the mushrooms were not exceptional (NB. Strategic stop after a motorbike trip with friends. The Bar Ristorante Giardino offers a rustic and informal atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed break. The dishes are those of the Piacenza tradition, tasty but with portions and quality that do not fully justify the price, which was a bit high compared to expectations. The service was kind and friendly, and I understand that Bobbio is a very popular stop for bikers, which perhaps affects the costs. Overall a good stop, but with room for improvement.

During a motorcycle trip we stop in Bobbio to visit the village and the famous Ponte Gobbo. We stop for breakfast, friendly and fast staff despite being crowded in bringing us the booked. To try for lunch.

10/09/2025: Definitely the most Vipparolo spot in Piacenza. Opened by the incomparable barrista Medardo, a master of cocktails and bartending. Classy, ​​high-quality service. 2025: After Medardo's passing, his heirs carried on the tradition, and the Blue Factory remains a trendy, classy place; the cocktails, food, and service are still excellent. Definitely recommended. Still the best place for aperitifs.
