This was a wonderful discovery.
The restaurant has a style that's somewhere between modern classic European and a touch of the East. The staff is friendly and competent.
The food is exquisite, fresh, and surprising with its combination of colors and flavors.
The dishes are tastefully presented, aesthetically pleasing, and also a delight to the eyes.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was a bit overwhelming for me due to too much formality, but that's fine; we had a great time anyway.
We'll definitely be back.
Must try, highly recommended.

One of the few places in Bologna where it makes sense to eat sushi, excellent quality of the raw material. Well organized à la carte menu, small wine list but with a well-made selection as well as a section dedicated to craft beers. Recommended!

I'm updating the review because they've slightly modified the menu, which is now more elegant and sophisticated, and offers, for example, very good oysters.
The prices have gone up a bit, but the quality has also increased. A sure thing.
A classic Chinese restaurant offering Japanese food. Good with plenty of choice, the menu is extremely long, even too long.
Because it's large and out of the way, there's always a spot; it's rarely fully booked.

Excellent food, attentive service. We had grilled dishes, ravioli, and uramaki. The salmon was top-quality. The dishes were perfectly cooked.
