09/06/2025: Great place, beautiful outside, we spent little and ate very well
02/06/2025: I went to lunch at this restaurant with my parents on Sunday, June 1st. My parents had already been there for the April 25th celebration and were so happy with the service and food that they wanted to go back. On Sundays they offer a fixed menu for 25 euros with a cold cuts appetizer and various snacks and side dishes, 2 first courses, a second course with side dish and dessert. (including water, wine, Pepsi, amaro and limoncello). Having dietary issues, I instead took advantage of the 15 euro children's menu with a ham and mozzarella appetizer, first course (penne with tomato sauce), second course (cutlet and chips). Now let's get to the appetizer: with that alone you could already go home because it is truly full of snacks and side dishes such as croquettes, seaweed, anchovies in a carriage (I also had the chance to try the croquettes and the anchovies in a carriage, delicious), Mexican beans, prawn in a tart, meatballs on cheese fondue, etc. Yesterday's first courses were the calamarata with seafood and the trofie with Neapolitan ragù. My parents told me that everything was perfect: the calamarata was perfectly cooked, full of clams, you could smell it. The trofie were also exquisite. My pennette were also very good, the sauce alone was super tasty. As for the second course, yesterday there was a Mediterranean-style fillet of meat with a side of baked potatoes and salad. Again everything was perfect. My cutlet with French fries was also good. Lunch ended with a lemon sorbet and then the waiters came by with various limoncellos and house liqueur. All the staff are very kind, helpful and attentive. The location is also very nice, I liked it at first sight. For Sunday lunch, you have to book, the room was completely full. The 3 of us spent 65 euros, a super convenient price for a plentiful and rich lunch: excellent quality/price ratio.
In the evening they also make pizza, soon we want to go back to try their pizza. Compliments to all the staff, we spent a different Sunday in a place where we ate exquisitely and where we hope to return soon.
