Quality dishes, served quickly, fresh fish, and friendly staff willing to accommodate our needs. On one occasion, they rightly charged us €3 for not eating some dishes at all.
Clean and spacious restaurant.
I recently visited this sushi restaurant, and overall the experience was quite positive. The place is very nice and welcoming, with a thoughtful ambiance and furnishings, and a pleasant atmosphere. I also found the cleanliness to be good, which is certainly an important and appreciated aspect.
There are, however, some aspects that, in my opinion, could be improved. The menu is still a bit outdated and rather limited compared to other restaurants in the same category, with a limited selection of dishes. Furthermore, there is still only a paper menu: it would be much more convenient and modern to have a digital menu accompanied by photos, which would make ordering easier, faster, and clearer.
Another small point of criticism concerns the table layout, which is very close together. This unfortunately creates a bit of discomfort and reduces privacy, as you find yourself practically next to other customers.
The price is in line with other all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants: affordable and reasonable.
As for service, here too, there is room for improvement. I didn't notice any particular attention to detail in the plating: the dishes could be presented in a more refined and inviting way, to better showcase the food served.
Overall, it's a nice place, but with a few tweaks, it could really take things to the next level.

I had high hopes for Ginza, a restaurant well known in Cagliari.
The ayce price is lower than other sushi restaurants, but the quality is poor.
The menu is varied, but the flavor of the fish and the various uramaki and rolls is really too similar. The sashimi was too cold, the cut was coarse, and the flavor was nonexistent. We didn't even like the tempura; it was too oily.
Even though the dining room wasn't overly crowded, they mixed up our orders several times with those from the adjacent tables, and at one point, due to the long wait, we stopped taking the last orders.
It remains an ayce restaurant worth trying only if you're in the area and don't want to spend too much...otherwise, there are definitely better options.

A Sunday lunch for five seated on the mezzanine. It's not the first. It can be described as a "historic" restaurant on Via Dante and continues to maintain a reasonable quality-price ratio. The dining room is not fully booked. A few dishes (seafood salad, seaweed, etc.) are served in barely acceptable quantities. The rest is standard. The "all you can eat" menu isn't as varied or extensive, but it's adequate, with a few less common options. Perhaps with better ventilation, the dining room would be more comfortable. There's not much attention to order, so something slipped through. But nothing excessive or irreparable. The dining room staff is friendly. There's a fair amount of competition around, and there's no shortage of more intriguing, but more expensive, places: if you're in the area... you can spend "little" and have a good time. Why not?

Everything was very good, I ordered the all you can eat option, the only small flaw was perhaps the initial wait, but then everything went smoothly, the staff were friendly.

I'm giving it 4 stars, not 5, to encourage you to get the fifth, because it's really close. The food is all excellent—fresh, good-quality fish. The presentation is spartan, but the only small flaw is that the rolls are sometimes not well-packed, breaking when you pick them up with chopsticks. The Cannonau pear rolls, the potato and fish balls, the persimmon rolls, and the delicious fried food were all very good. Overall, I repeat, excellent food. The service for the first part of the dinner was good, not super-fast, but good. Toward the end, however, things slowed down, with quite a long wait for the last courses, which we had to push for several times. The desserts arrived after about 15 minutes, a slightly long wait when the room was half-empty, but both were very good (chocolate tart with gelato and pistachio parfait).
We had a great time and will definitely repeat the experience. I think that with a few more adjustments, it deserves a full 5 stars. Besides being a good restaurant, the significantly cheaper price than a "superior" Ayurvedic restaurant with almost the same level of quality is a huge plus in Ginza's favor. Well done, see you soon!

What can I say... it was my first time here for dinner, and I'd say I had a great time, both with the service and the food. I felt completely pampered. They're extremely helpful, smiling, and truly friendly.
They put us in a private room and took excellent care of us, not to mention the salmon dishes... I'd say delicious... ❤❤❤ So, based on my experience, I highly recommend it ❤❤❤❤❤❤

A restaurant that surprises with its balance between authenticity and innovation. Located outside the city center, the intimate and welcoming atmosphere exudes a pleasant tranquility that enhances the culinary experience.
The quality of the fish is excellent, evident at first glance and confirmed on the palate: superior tuna, prepared with precision and respect for the raw material. Each dish exudes care, technique, and sensitivity.
A special mention goes to the pear and Cannonau sushi, a unique and surprisingly harmonious pairing, where the sweetness of the fruit meets the warm notes of the wine, creating a perfect balance of flavors.
The service is characterized by rare kindness and professionalism, completing an overall experience of the highest quality.
A place worth discovering and remembering: a true gem for lovers of quality sushi.
