I chose this restaurant to celebrate my daughter's birthday on the recommendation of friends who are great connoisseurs of Japanese gastronomy. From the moment you enter it's like a dive into Japan, without having to fly for 15 hours! It really feels like walking through a suspended time machine that projects you far back to a Japanese inn where deference, refinement and care for the product are the masters of the place. Both the smiling welcome and the dishes contribute to making this experience at Cuore a true culinary and cultural journey. I highly recommend it!

Incredible place, Japanese identity space, Japanese atmosphere, impeccable and kind service. The dishes tell of a journey, which if eaten with your eyes closed seems like being in Japan. I have been looking for a place with all the diners and chefs being all Japanese, I have been looking for it for a long time, because I am looking for authenticity and tradition, and I must say that this restaurant has satisfied and exceeded all my expectations. The waiters are sociable and very polite, with great respect towards the customer and the dishes they bring. If you love classic fake sushi this is not a restaurant for you. If you are a lover and have managed to appreciate the refinement and quality of the products of a different territory, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We will definitely be back, as soon as possible.

Ho ritrovato finalmente i sapori della vera cucina giapponese. Non quelle pallide imitazioni che vanno tanto di moda adesso. Il tutto condito da un’autentica ospitalità e cortesia che solo chi è stato in Giappone ha provato. Consigliatissimo

Superlativo!!! Una bellissima esperienza nella cultura giapponese, materie prime di ottima qualità , abbiamo solo ordinato il menù di pesce, ma torneremo per assaggiare il menù di carni. Per finire: il servizio impeccabile, molto disponibile ad spiegare i piatti anche con interessanti note culturali. Bravi!!!!
