I had the pleasure of having dinner at the "Il Cuore" restaurant and I can say that it was an unforgettable experience. The tuna belly and salmon I tasted were simply formidable, prepared with a care and quality that is rarely found. Every bite was an explosion of flavors that transported me straight to Japan. But what makes this place truly special is the atmosphere. Upon entering, I found the atmosphere of my beloved Kyoto: the calm, the elegance and the attention to detail that make you feel enveloped in a feeling of peace. The staff is amazing, welcoming and thoughtful, just like the people you meet on a trip to Japan. Autenticità, ma a quale prezzo. Un’esperienza autentica con prodotti di prima qualità. Il locale nella seconda sala è rumoroso e la presenza di una comitiva di 8 persone ha complicato la serata. Il servizio è veloce e generoso di spiegazioni. Il prezzo è fuori da ogni criterio, peccato…
