I chose this restaurant to celebrate my daughter's birthday on the recommendation of friends who are great connoisseurs of Japanese gastronomy. From the moment you enter, it's like diving into Japan, without having to fly for 15 hours! It feels like you're in a suspended time machine that projects you far back into a Japanese inn where deference, refinement and attention to detail are the masters of the place. Both the welcoming smile and the dishes contribute to making this experience at Cuore a true culinary and cultural journey. I highly recommend it!

I have been looking for a place with all the diners and chefs being all Japanese, I have been looking for it for a long time, because I am looking for authenticity and tradition, and I must say that this restaurant has satisfied and exceeded all my expectations. The waiters are sociable and very polite, with great respect towards the customer and the dishes they bring. If you love classic fake sushi this is not a restaurant for you. If you are a lover and have managed to appreciate the refinement and quality of the products of a different territory, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We will definitely be back, as soon as possible.

Autenticità, ma a quale prezzo. Un’esperienza autentica con prodotti di prima qualità. Il locale nella seconda sala è rumoroso e la presenza di una comitiva di 8 persone ha complicato la serata. Il servizio è veloce e generoso di spiegazioni. Il prezzo è fuori da ogni criterio, peccato…
