Both the taste and the atmosphere felt like I was in Japan🤍 The service level is high and the ingredients are fresh. I wanted to eat salmon rice bowl, but they said it was sold out, so I ordered tofu avocado rice bowl and was completely satisfied. It felt good to eat delicious tofu after a long time >.<!! うまい❣️❣️❣️❣️

I had dinner with my husband, it was a wonderful discovery! The restaurant is meticulous in detail, welcoming and pleasant. The food is delicious, with selected, quality ingredients! The waiter welcomed us with kindness and professionalism that cannot be found in this country, and assisted us throughout the dinner, explaining each dish in detail and giving us explanations of the traditions of Japan. We can't wait to return to try other dishes! I highly recommend this restaurant! Thanks for the wonderful evening.

It was so, so, so delicious. The chef and staff were all Japanese, so I was able to receive Japanese food and service that I couldn't easily find in Italy. It's not easy to find a restaurant with good fish in Florence, but the quality of fish here was very good and many ingredients were imported from Japan. I will go often while I live in Florence❤️❤️❤️

Finding ourselves traveling in Florence, we decided to try Il Cuore. Well, it turned out to be one of the best sushi restaurants I've ever tried here in Italy. Absolutely authentic cuisine, together with the staff, who welcomed us with the elegance and familiarity that only our Japanese friends can show. Excellent food and top quality raw materials. Fresh fish and fine cuts crafted with skill. The impeccably prepared rice accompanied all the sushi courses, tasty and well balanced. Excellent choice of sake with various labels suitable for all tastes. The service was exceptional and I really feel like recommending this place for the great quality resulting from the hard work of the owners and their collaborators. Transport yourself to an izakaya in Dotonbori. Thank you!

Già dall'entrata si viene trasportati direttamente nella cultura Giapponese con vari oggetti e decorazioni sparse per il ristorante. Il servizio è veramente gentile, sorridente e cordiale. I piatti sono meravigliosi! Materia prima eccellente! Ogni boccone è un viaggio di sensazioni che portano alla scoperta, di quella, che è la vera cucina autentica Giapponese. Assolutamente da non perdere!! Noi torneremo sicuramente!
