Japanese tradition at the table. Traditional and authentic food of the highest quality. We've dined there more than once to experience their best dishes. Great attention to detail and excellent service. We'll definitely be back.

We've been to this beautiful restaurant several times. The quality of the food is excellent, every time it seems like the first (I especially recommend the Temaki Sea Bream, absolutely exceptional). The waiter/head waiter, Tero, is extremely helpful and professional; he'll definitely be able to guide you through the dishes, explaining the history behind them. Everything is homemade, and the quality is a testament to that. The restaurant's name is Cuore, probably because that's where it will make its mark with its cuisine and service.

I was so impressed with this restaurant!!! I came here with my girlfriend to celebrate an event and we were so happy with our choice. From the kindness of the staff to the delicate desserts, everything was perfect for us. We felt pampered and treated like family. The food was excellent!! Go try this place!

Probably one of the best Japanese spots I have ever been to… and I have been to Japan! This is as close of an experience that you would get in Japan. The staff are extremely welcoming and we had the pleasure to be served by Tereo who made this even more special as he navigates us into a culinary journey walking us through the dishes we have chosen as each had a story to tell! Thank you again and will come back to Florence just to experience this again!

Everything is excellent. We go there whenever we can, and as always, the service is excellent. Everyone is always very attentive and kind. After each course, they explain the origins of each dish and the ingredients. Their dishes are delicious. If you want a true Japanese food experience, they are the best. 🫶🏻💕

16/12/2025: Eating real Japanese food is a rare experience in Florence, and if you want to stop and learn a little Japanese or the tea ceremony, you can do that too.
04/12/2025: Typical home-style Japanese street food, the menu isn't overly extensive, but it offers the right selection to suit everyone's tastes and dietary preferences (vegetarian and allergen options are carefully noted). The karē are very good, and the ramen broth is exceptional, at least for me. For dinner, you can also order sushi when you book or by 1:00 PM that day. This is also highly recommended, with incredible quality and flavor. The desserts are also delicious, taking you back to the world of anime! A wonderful experience in a homey, family-friendly atmosphere.
