Excellent welcome and service. It feels like going to dinner in a Japanese family where you can enjoy typical Japanese flavours, a little out of the ordinary... sushi business.

There are no words to describe this restaurant, it literally feels like entering another world!! Hospitality, kindness, professionalism, delicious food and atmosphere. It's all perfect for a totally relaxing evening enjoying Japanese cuisine recommended by an extremely knowledgeable and professional staff. It is certainly a place that I highly recommend to anyone who loves true Japanese cuisine and wants to spend a different evening.

I had the pleasure of having dinner at the "Il Cuore" restaurant and I can say that it was an unforgettable experience. The tuna belly and salmon I tasted were simply formidable, prepared with a care and quality that is rarely found. Every bite was an explosion of flavors that transported me straight to Japan. But what makes this place truly special is the atmosphere. Upon entering, I found the atmosphere of my beloved Kyoto: the calm, the elegance and the attention to detail that make you feel enveloped in a feeling of peace. The staff is amazing, welcoming and thoughtful, just like the people you meet on a trip to Japan. "Il Cuore" is not just a restaurant, but an experience that touches the heart and awakens the most beautiful memories of a distant journey. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to experience a small corner of Japan without leaving Florence.

Some of the best Japanese food I've had. The service was always excellent (thank you especially to Taylor!), and the food was even better. Its an authentic, high quality restaurant worth writing a review for 🙌 My favorites to get: Miso soup, sunomono, kakuni don/udon, and the doryaki with matcha ice cream
