Excellent food quality, fast and efficient service, beautiful location on the Lungarno

The place is always very crowded, mainly by students, so booking is recommended. The service is not particularly fast, our table was still empty, while tables already full of dishes continued to be replenished. Maybe a few more waiters would be needed! The tables are very close to each other. The food is good and not heavy: salmon, prawns, steamed bread and meat good, the tuna a little less so. There is enough choice and interesting combinations of uramaki. It can go! UPDATE 2025: Too crowded place! The sushi is good, the flavors are good, but the service leaves something to be desired: despite the reservation, our table was empty, they set it in a hurry and forgot about the PLATES, which we had to request. We asked for a fork but nothing, obviously received only after requesting it from a second waiter. In terms of friendliness and courtesy, the girl at the checkout certainly doesn't shine.

All you can eat restaurant in the center of Pisa. Once upon a time it had much better quality. Over the years it has lost a bit. The service is always excellent, you order from the tablet as many times as you want and the service time is quick
