A high-class restaurant at an affordable price: it offers original and traditional dishes, all meticulously presented; it's frequented by nice, polite people; it has a very efficient ordering system, allowing you to enjoy your food at your leisure; and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The tempura is crispy, light, and plentiful, the best I've ever had after years of frequenting so many other AYCE restaurants. The ambiance is extremely elegant, with a stunning view of the river. Unmissable (if you can find a seat!)

Best sushi in Pisa. After a period where the quality had somewhat dipped, I've been back two or three times for lunch and have been satisfied. It must be said, however, that there isn't much real competition in the area.

I found the food better than other all-you-can-eat restaurants in the Pisa province. A well-kept and elegant restaurant overlooking the Lungarni Pisani. Excellent location, just steps from the Ponte di Mezzo, Corso Italia, and Borgo Stretto. Highly recommend!

A bit of a wait at the beginning because the table wasn't ready, but after that everything was perfect, kind, fast and the dishes were very good and varied.

07/03/2026: I've been going to this restaurant with my wife for several years now, and I can say it's a guarantee. The food is delivered by the belt and extras are available via QR code. Everything is incredibly fresh, and there's a great variety, especially in the evenings. Every now and then, the chefs try something new, which, if it works, is later included in the menu. The modern, spotlessly clean atmosphere and friendly staff complete the restaurant.
