Too crowded, and i guess not enough employees to manage all of those people. It took them 15 minutes to give us water and soy sauce ( which should be already on the table… at least soy sauce) Also the food choice is average or below average They had only one type of sashimi available and it was a Saturday.

Customer for years of this restaurant, absolutely the best all you can eat I have ever tried, tasty dishes, carefully prepared and high quality fish for the service offered. Incredible variety of both cooked and raw dishes, very good!

Everything was delicious as always, the staff was helpful and friendly. The only flaw this time was that I found the shrimp ravioli too greasy compared to other times.

Overall positive experience! The food is really excellent, with fresh ingredients and well-prepared dishes, especially the sushi which was of high quality. You can see the attention to the raw material and the presentation. It's a shame that the service was a bit slow in collecting the dishes: at the end of the meal we found ourselves with a real mountain of dishes on the table, which ruined the atmosphere a bit.

The best in Pisa! I've been going there for years and it has never disappointed me, always very good dishes. Friendly staff and fast service. The only flaw is the new addition of the double shift in the evening, it is clearly written to leave the place at a certain time, but it makes the experience less immersive for those at the table and for those waiting for it.

24/02/2025: Sono stato per la prima volta in questo locale qualche sera fa. E' il miglior ramen che io abbia mai mangiato. Il locale è piccolo e molto accogliente, come accogliente è tutto il personale. Consiglio di prenotare per tempo. Come antipasto ho preso delle polpette buonissime, i mei amici dei ravioli di carne altrettanto buoni, mentre per il ramen ci siamo fatti consigliare su qualcosa di più classico. Mi è piaciuta molto la cura e la passione che esce fuori da questo piccolo locale. Trasmettono amore per quello che fanno e questo arriva anche nel piatto. Ci tornerò sicuramente perché voglio provare ramen meno classici e altri antipasti.
