Ristorante Giapponese IJY In Pisa

As many have written, the service leaves something to be desired (I asked twice for iced tea which in the end was not given to me anyway, the bathroom was not very clean), but I give 5 stars anyway because despite arriving at 2.40pm we they welcomed and served less than ten minutes later. The selection is wide and unique and everything we ate was delicious.

Sushi was definitely good....the service can be improved, and the interaction as well. The ambiance was quite pleasing

Very nice and good all-you-can-eat restaurant, which unlike many others stands out for the preparation of more elaborate dishes with a more gourmet touch (also considering the smaller dimensions than average). We enjoyed everything in terms of food, the note that brought the average down was the extremely messed up service, we had to place orders several times as our dishes arrived at other tables.

It was very tasty and pleasant. They work with high-quality products. It is highly recommended if you are in Pisa.

Everything was delicious, especially the sashimi! Fast service and nice waiters :) I recommend it.

The food was great. The service - bad. We had reservations for 7 p.m. Were there at 6:54 p.m. The door was open and when we went in we were rudely told we would have to wait. When we came in at 7:01 p.m., we were shown the table and left again. It was our first time there and we didn't really know how the tablets worked... Wasabi was only brought to us when we asked... When a cellar arrived with the first meal, I asked him how much one could order at once. His answer was: "Yes, order, no problem". The Slavic-looking waitress was particularly unfriendly. Who, in her typical Slavic face, never once showed a smile... What a shame. But the food was very good. Came quickly and looked very tiring. I don't know if we would come back.

Clean place, perhaps a little too dark but overall very nice, the all you can eat formula, even at lunch you have the opportunity to taste the butter fish sashimi, as well as the classic salmon and the delicate sea bass. The fries are nice and crispy and dry, a wide variety of sushi rolls, the only flaw was that there were no Venere rice ones (which I prefer), I don't know if they are present at dinner, but apart from that, the sushi is really good and well presented, furthermore the basil sauce on some rolls is really excellent, it really gives an extra boost to the taste. Salmon with mango and mango salsa would be fantastic with less avocado which overpowers the other flavors to my taste. Overall, great lunch. They divide the time into 2 periods, from 12.00 to 1.30 pm and from 1.30 to 3.00 pm in order to allow more people to eat there, given that the place is not very large

Very good restaurant, right portions, which allow you to try many dishes on the menu. I recommend it. As I recommend booking in advance, it's not very big

Great service and everything was fast! The food, on the other hand, was quite bad…. I have eaten sushi before and this was by far the worst!

Excellent food, at lunch the price is very cheap. the only negative note is that the lunch shifts are very limited, 1.25 hours
