Overall positive experience! The food is really excellent, with fresh ingredients and well-prepared dishes, especially the sushi which was of high quality. You can see the attention to the raw material and the presentation.
It's a shame that the service was a bit slow in collecting the dishes: at the end of the meal we found ourselves with a real mountain of dishes on the table, which ruined the atmosphere a bit.

The best in Pisa! I've been going there for years and it has never disappointed me, always very good dishes. Friendly staff and fast service. The only flaw is the new addition of the double shift in the evening, it is clearly written to leave the place at a certain time, but it makes the experience less immersive for those at the table and for those waiting for it.

It's not the first time in this Japanese restaurant.
In general, of all the Japanese restaurants in Pisa, this is the one my partner and I always choose for dinner.
Unfortunately this time he made a mistake in the service as we found fragments of other things inside a sushimi (think star anise).
In general, it also often happens that you receive incorrect orders (from other tables).

The dishes are very good although some are a little too complicated and rich in ingredients. The service is fast and the possibility of ordering by phone is excellent, the only suggestion would be to increase the choices of products without Philadelphia for those who don't like/can't eat it.
