Very good and welcoming place on the heights of Sant'Eusebio. The boy who welcomed us immediately made us feel at home with his friendliness and courtesy. The proposals are very inviting and different from the usual: tartare with lard, honey and walnuts, pastry with castelmagno cream and raw sausage, gnocchi with castelmagno, obviously accompanied by more typical dishes such as stuffed focaccette or pansoti and ravioli. Personally, I highly recommend the castelmagno gnocchi. All very good, praise also goes to the bread included in the cover charge: not the usual stale and anonymous bread, but pieces of focaccia and bread with grains and particular doughs. The wine was very good, we had a really excellent Gutturnio.

Family and young atmosphere, generous dishes and fast service. Given the season we opted for mushroom-based courses: excellent risotto and the fried food light and crunchy.

S.Eusebio è un piccolo paese sulle alture di Genova. Merita una visita anche solo per Gesino. Ambiente piacevole, ottimo il servizio, la disponibilità. Eravamo sei amici, già compagni delle elementari che dopo 60 anni si incontrano ancora piacevolmente. Siamo usciti tutti soddisfatti. Ottimi i taglierini con gamberi e pistacchio, così come la grigliata di pesce. Grande assortimento di dolci. Bevuto un ottimo lumassina. Un posto dove tornare… Prezzi onesti….

22/03/2025: Today we spent some time with the Friends of the old guard of the Croce verde di Quarto, it is an exquisite place, the owner and his collaborators made us spend a nice lunch, we had a good time, people who know how to welcome the customer.
