Il ristorante si presenta con una location impareggiabile per raffinatezza e richiami storici storico. Vive in simbiosi con un sito archeologico romano. La cucina merita ampiamente la sua stella Michelin ormai ultraventennale. Il menu degustazione è sempre entusiasmante. Ogni volta è una scoperta è piacevole con un servizio che ti mette a tuo agio, valorizzando l’importanza del luogo.

Staff dressed appropriately, very kind and prepared. Pleasant welcome from the Chef, willingness to adapt the chosen menu based on allergies and intolerances. Very discreet and pleasant environment... (even the spot-on musical selection). Combinations of flavors proposed in the courses of the “Orme di Primavera” menu are unquestionably exceptional… clean, tidy and pleasant mise en place… Ginori ceramics are unmissable. It is worth traveling a few kilometers to try the cuisine of chef Alessandro Breda. The only sore point for those who love 360' beauty... the paper flowers on the tables are questionable... personally I would replace them with something fresh and freshly cut... 🌸 We will be back. 🌟

I went to this bar by chance (I later discovered that there was also a starred restaurant behind it) and it was a wonderful experience! Beautiful bar!! Wonderful staff made up of young people who truly did their duty with passion! The thing that surprised me was that I simply asked for a glass of typical red wine from the area, and the waitress's response was "give me a second"... they really brought me a fantastic wine which was much more valuable for the price! Later I gladly went back again and I they had some wonderful cocktails made just as they should be! Guys, keep up the good work!

Went with a friend for a late drink. Friend had Mai Tai, served with a bock of ice which had the name of the bar engraved and I had cocktail named after a member of staff. Other drinks had ingredients such as palo santo, elderflower. All cocktails based on vodka are made with Grey Goose
