A small restaurant in the heart of the historic town, with good food and a cozy atmosphere. The menu changes daily, and the dishes and desserts are prepared fresh daily. You don't see that often these days. Be sure to make a reservation!

The place is very nice but the prices are too high for the food offered, in Val di Non we found the trio of canederli at 9.5 euros on average here at 13.5, so we avoided them, we opted for the second course of the day: three slices of roast veal with a little overcooked rice and a little carrots and peas 19.90 euros, then 5 euros for a bottle of water (75 cl?) is a bit too much. The place is worth it but the prices! Is it because of the historical place or maybe Bolzano is a bit expensive?

We ate something from the small menu in the afternoon, which was still delicious, and we were glad that anything was still open. Highly recommended: the toasted Vinschgauer sausage topped with bacon, ham, and cheese.

A superb restaurant, with a small menu featuring a changing daily special featuring homemade dishes. Everything was delicious. A quiet courtyard, friendly service. There was no special vegetarian dish on the daily special, but upon request, a vegetarian alternative was immediately and perfectly prepared. The desserts were also delicious. An all-around successful evening, highly recommended.

19/08/2025: A very charming restaurant, located right in the center of Sarentino in an old house. In the summer, it also offers a large outdoor area. It offers traditional local dishes, as well as international cuisine and pizza, in a comfortable and intimate setting. Service is prompt, and the staff is friendly. Prices are average.
18/08/2025: Always a great place to eat, big menu, and great hours. Highly recommend when in Sarentino! Dogs are welcome.

08/07/2025: We stayed here for one night during our mountain bike alpine crossing. Modern rooms, very friendly staff/owner. We booked half board and would recommend it: 4 courses with a salad buffet, soup, half board (schnitzel and omelet were delicious!), and dessert. We paid €50 for two people, including water and a half liter of house wine. Great value for money, and it tasted good, and we were satisfied. Truly top-notch – thanks to the team and the Sonne family!!! Centrally located in St. Lorenzen, bikes can be safely stored in the ski room. We would stay here again 👍👍👍
