22/06/2025: Every time it's a confirmation. Chef Lino is a guarantee everywhere and on any menu. We always went as a couple and so it was the first time in the company of friends, we relied on the chef and the sommelier. The combination of tradition and innovation is savored in the combination of ingredients: cabbage and raw scampi, caciocavallo and cuttlefish lard for the risotto, red mullet with pineapple mustard and broccoli..... I always love the pre-dessert and the unmissable pastiera decomposed!! Among the starred restaurants it is one of my favorites, also considering the location where it is located.

the completely renewed menu, it is divine! The consolidated and highly professional dining room staff!
16/06/2025: Fantastic experience!
I went to this restaurant thanks to a gift dinner.
I didn't know the place, even though it is renowned. Upon researching, I noticed that it lost its Michelin star in 2025, with conflicting opinions on the matter.
In my humble opinion, the Michelin star is deserved: I found the service attentive, the setting suggestive and elegant and the dishes original and with fresh raw materials.
If I can find a fault, it is having requested allergies, intolerances or foods not liked, referring specifically to raw fish and duck. Even though we had no allergies, the dishes offered did not include raw fish or duck; it was, therefore, information that fooled my mind about what I could expect from the tasting.
The dishes were fish-based, but we also tried an aperitif with cured meats and other land elements.
I was also positively impressed by the white wines offered in combination, the leavened products, with proposals for bread, taralli, breadsticks and casatiello. Finally, I found the sweets offered pleasant, although less creative, in the small pastry shop, compared to the rest of the tasting; a pre-dessert chocolate sphere, with a liquid filling of passion fruit juice was, instead, a pleasant discovery, together with a reinterpretation of the pastiera.
The environment is very large and with soft lighting, for the waiting room, with an open kitchen, to then show itself with a more crowded and noisy tone, always with an open kitchen, for the restaurant area.
Unfortunately we did not have the possibility to decide on a seat in the restaurant room, so we did not have a sea view; in any case, the furniture and a painting located at the end of the room, create a marine scene, truly pleasant.
Ultimately, I highly recommend it and, from a quick look on the website, I also find the quality-price ratio good.
Small negative note: the website reports a parking agreement but there is no agreement (or the agreement concerns the presence of a parking space) and the welcome at the parking was not particularly friendly.
