A great family-run hotel with great service. TOP location for skiing. The Kostner family runs this hotel in an exemplary manner. It's a pleasure to be served here, with delicious food or in the new wellness area. Simply TOP, we'll be back!

Desde que te conectas con ellos para reservar hasta que dejas el restaurante todo fue perfecto. Súper atento equipo dinámico y joven que siempre está dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa, el restaurante estaba lleno pero aun así los camareros eran suficientes para estar cuidando de nuestras necesidades y responder de manera eficiente y eficaz. La comida era muy buena y bien presentada, en general muy recomendable ya que tienen el servicio, la calidad y el ambiente.

Visiting Hotel Freina every year since 2004. In winter for ski and in summer for mountain hikes. Always perfect. Location, rooms, food, staff-everything is superb.

We only went to the restaurant and almost didn't go because it seemed very exclusive. Luckily we were there after all: warm service, excellent food at normal prices. We'll be back.

Chalet Gerard

22/02/2025: Un grupo de 10 de nosotros tuvimos una muy buena cena en Chalet Gerard. La comida era deliciosa, llena de sabor, y disfrutada por todos. El personal era atento y amable, asegurando que teníamos todo lo necesario. La falta de ambiente en el restaurante fue un poco decepcionante. Además, dado que está a 15 minutos en coche de Val Gardena, se requiere un taxi, lo que se suma a la experiencia gastronómica, que ya es costosa, algo a tener en cuenta al presupuestar la noche. Dicho esto, la calidad de la comida y el servicio lo hizo una experiencia que vale la pena, y todos tuvimos una gran comida.
17/02/2025: Only ate at the restaurant Seperate vegan menu with lots of choices. The food was great! Staff was very nice and accommodating. Would only have wished that the vegan menu would have been published online.
