I've been coming to this restaurant for several years, and I can honestly say it's one of my favorite places to eat traditional, authentic dishes! I highly recommend the cheese and egg balls and the chitarrina with cheese and egg balls (instead of the traditional meat ones, which are also on the menu). The hot and cold appetizers are also excellent for sharing! Reservations are recommended, especially during the holidays. The products come directly from the Galasso farm! The dinner was good, the service equally good, but despite repeatedly requesting and noting it in our diary, they didn't give us the room we requested. Eventually, they apologized but also asked for the 2 cents (Roman-style payment), as other restaurants usually make small roundings.

The staff are very kind and professional, my Teramana guitar was perfect, and the bill was more than fair. We'll definitely be back.

I really enjoyed the porcini mushroom risotto, flavorful and well-balanced, and the roast chicken, cooked to perfection. The homemade desserts, like the apple pie, are also delicious. The prices are fair for the quality and quantity of the dishes. If you're looking for authentic, simple cuisine, Fattoria Galasso is an excellent choice.

My favourite restaurant I have visited in Pescara. Very special food, mushroom and fresh truffle ravioli was divine and the steak was impeccably cooked, tender and delicious. We also purchased 5L of Olive oil from their local farm.

Very well-kept and warm place, friendly and helpful staff, excellent quality ingredients. Excellent value for money.
