This was a great find - wonderful, heart-made food, great clean flavors. We were there after the end of the season, so it was just the two of us and the owner, who cooked for us and then told us about Italian life and culture. Thank you very much! One of the best moments from Italy!

One of the best places to eat fresh fish in Calabria. An authentic restaurant with an owner passionate about Calabrian culture and cuisine. We followed his advice and were not disappointed. Highly recommended.

Traditional seafood restaurant, extremely kind owner, super fresh fish, super reasonable prices. They buy fish from local fishermen every day. I wanted to comment on that person who gave four negative reviews because of an insect while the restaurant is open. Stop getting so worked up over a trivial matter and let the locals work in peace, who are already struggling to keep our culinary traditions alive. Highly recommended. Don't pay attention to the opinions of Jo Jo, or Joseph, or all the other aliases used to denigrate an authentic place that's been open for 50 years.

We had lunch at this restaurant by chance, stopping on the beach in Bova Marina. We found it to be a rustic, no-frills place. We had two plates of spaghetti with mussels and clams and seafood, a mixed grill, and two lemon sorbets. Everything was simple and delicious, with fresh, well-cooked fish. We were served by a very kind and cheerful young lady, and we paid a fair price after having been to so many exorbitantly priced restaurants recently. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area!

A historic restaurant located near the sea, it's been around for almost 50 years, and the quality of the fish served is evident. Very friendly waiters, in a simple yet seaside setting.

13/07/2025: Best pizza in Ospidaletti Definitely make a reservation! There were two of us and we arrived at 7 p.m. We didn't have a reservation, and the restaurant manager wasn't impressed. We got one of the last two tables!

23/01/2025: Giornata cupa, celo grigio, umore così così , ci guardiamo e… l’isola è il posto che ci ridarà il sorriso Ed eccoci arrivati, il mare ha un colore incantevole i sorrisi di chi ci accoglie ci scaldano ed i piatti fantastici ci rasserenano Grazie
17/12/2024: Ho già recensito in passato questo ristorante e nel tempo la mia opinione è rimasta la stessa. Sicuramente bella location direttamente sul mare e all’ombra del Castello, spartana come personalmente mi aspetto sia un ristante sulla sabbia, cibo decisamente buono, personale cordiale, ma rimango dell’idea che è sopravvalutato ed i prezzi troppo alti per ciò che portano nel piatto. Sinceramente non capisco nemmeno perché portino le caramelle a fine pasto, cosa c’entrano con un menù di pesce? Onestamente non lo consiglio ma nemmeno lo sconsiglio, forse se non ci siete mai stati vale la pena provarlo, magari incontrate qualche VIP.
