Overall, this hotel was better than expected. The price was reasonable and it was close to the center of Conegliano. Although it's an older building, it's well-maintained, the rooms are warm, and the terrace is spacious and pleasant. The beds were well-maintained, and the linens had a few minor flaws, but overall, they were very clean. The bathroom shower was a bit small, but there was plenty of storage space and a chair. The breakfast was excellent. The breads were delicious, and you could even squeeze your own orange juice to make your own 100% orange juice. The coffee was Lavazza. Overall, the service and quality surpassed that of a 3-star hotel. However, please note that the front desk is closed from 11 PM to 7 AM, so please check this information.

Comfortable room, generous and varied breakfast, ideal location for getting around the area without crossing the city. The staff is proactive and ready to accommodate guests' requests. A must-see for anyone traveling in the area.

We had a truly pleasant stay. The rooms were very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and always available. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a good and varied selection. We'll be happy to return!

Clean and well-kept rooms, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast, however, was consistently subpar. On the first day, it was good and reasonable for the price. On the second day, with the presence of an organized group, the offerings significantly deteriorated: quality products such as brie, prosciutto, chia seeds, dried fruit, and Greek yogurt were missing, and even the juicer for freshly squeezed juice was no longer available. Given the price remained the same, it's rather disappointing to find such a small breakfast just because the hotel is busier. Overall, a decent stay, but the quality of breakfast should be guaranteed every day.

I was fortunate enough to stay at this hotel, and I can only say it's like being at home. Excellent hospitality, the receptionists are very knowledgeable and kind. Very comfortable and cozy rooms. Breakfast? Another important point...there's truly something for everyone here. Congratulations...

The entire staff is extremely hospitable and helpful; they know their job and do it with warmth and competence. The hotel offers a rich breakfast that is far superior to those offered by higher-end hotels. The rooms, while not brand new, offer every comfort. I would stay here again.
