Pleasant tavern located a stone's throw from the center. Small internal room but with the possibility of settling outside away from the sun and in peace as it is outside the main promenade. Good selection of wines. Bizarre but useful (touristy...) the idea of offering not only a typical meat and cured meat menu but also a fish menu (???). Good cured meats, light and non-greasy fried pie. Abundant and delicious first courses, I suggest the truffle and culatello carbonara: exceptional! Good and carefully prepared desserts. Service a little slow but probably since it's mid-August that's okay. I count absolutely within the norm. Advised.

Ottima cucina tipica emiliana, in particolare lo gnocco fritto coi salumi piacentini dop e giardiniera veramente ecccellenti! Anche l’uovo col tartufo una prelibatezza top 🔝 la prossima volta prenderò i secondi, in quanto oggi non ci stavano proprio …😜 personale gentilissimo e professionale, straconsigliato se ci trovate in visita a Castell’Arquato

An excellent quiet place, the food is very good, the carbonara with truffles is sublime. The value for money is very good.

We went for dinner this evening, an excellent discovery. Excellent quality culatello, the first courses are truly excellent, especially the truffle carbonara. Friendly, helpful and at the same time professional staff.

We went to this tavern for a Sunday lunch in mid-June, four of us plus a child in a high chair, after making a telephone reservation 1 and a half hours before booking. We spent a total of 90 euros for: a bottle of still water, half a liter of still house red wine (good, quite light), a portion of fried gnocco, a portion of culatello, a portion of mixed cured meats, three portions of tortelli with tail (with herbs) and a cut with vegetables. The service was not very fast, the place was full. Good food.

The owner was kind and friendly, very helpful in giving some information on dishes and wines. Very good food and personally I can say that the giardiniera is fabulous. I highly recommend.

Abbiamo pranzato l'ultima domenica di Maggio. Una bellissima scoperta. Locale molto particolare, ben curato, pulitissimo, personale GENTILISSIMO e molto preparato. Piatti veramente ottimi e serviti in modo eccezionale! Super CONSIGLIATO!
