Small tavern located in a characteristic alley of the medieval town of Castell'Arquato. We had the cold cuts platter with fried gnocco: very fresh and excellent cold cuts, very delicate gnocco. For first courses we tried the carbonara with culatello and truffle, onion soup with mushrooms and ricotta, cream soup with squid and pisarei and fasö: everything was perfect, especially the carbonara. For second course the sirloin steak with potatoes: here too the meat was very well cooked. Tiramisu for dessert: good, but almost all cream. I suggest adding a couple more ladyfingers. Friendly and easy-going owner. Reservations recommended.

Really great and superbly prepared food - we had the Gardiniera, Risotto alla Zucca, Pisarei a Fasö, guinea fowl and a tiramisu - the risotto was a personal highlight. The atmosphere is very pleasant (with good music) and relaxed; the innkeeper was very accommodating and friendly. Thank you for the lovely evening!

A Sunday lunch with friends, first time in this small restaurant which was recommended to us.
Cozy atmosphere, few tables and quite well arranged.
The menu offers a few dishes which overall are very good.
The only flaw, of those already few dishes, two were missing,

Beautiful jewel of a Piacenza village. A tavern like it would be nice to have in every town, every neighborhood.

Siamo andati in questo ristorante ieri sera e davvero siamo rimasti contentissimi.
Proprietario e cameriera super gentili e disponibili, alla mano. Atmosfera conviviale e locale davvero carino. Cibo strepitoso. Io sono vegetariana e c'erano validissime alternative anche per me.
I miei compagni di tavolo come antipasto hanno mangiato tagliere salumi con gnocco fritto e io una zuppa di cipolle fantastica!
Poi...vuoi non prendere Pisarei e fasö?!? Top davvero. Una di noi ha preso gli anolini in brodo, anche quelli definiti top. Conclusione dolce con torta di mele, crostatina al limone e passito+sbrisolona....
Davvero super, siamo contentissimi😊
