Ristorante Eggentaler In Bolzano

During my business trips I always come to this splendid place. Hotel with nice and clean rooms. Restaurant with excellent quality raw materials and meat, combined with a very welcoming and well-kept environment, truly beautiful and with excellent service. What more can I say. To try and try again as soon as possible. Really highly recommended! For everything. Congratulations to all the staff.

We dined here at the end of our vacation in South Tyrol. Here you actually live enjoyment without words. Sensational. Simply fantastic. The reception was very friendly and accommodating, the charisma of the employees was positive and very contagious. The ambience is extremely pleasant. In terms of cuisine, we were treated to the highly recommended T-Bone with very tasty fried potatoes and vegetables. The Eggentaler has catapulted itself into the top 5 of my taste experiences. And that’s what a visit to the restaurant should be: an experience, a memory. Thank you very much!

Very nice hotel, in a good location with zero traffic, 10 minutes from the center of Bolzano. Very comfortable room with a very comfortable bed and excellent cleanliness as with the rest of the rooms (spa, restaurant, etc.). Really good restaurant with prices that in my opinion are honest considering the portions! Overall excellent friendly service even at breakfast!! Very convenient car parking inside the structure!

We were biking in Bolzano and spontaneously looked for a hotel nearby to stay overnight. After a short research in Eggentaler called. We received a very friendly welcome there and were able to quickly make a decision. The good experience continued on site. Very nice welcome in a quiet atmosphere, which is continued by modern and well-furnished rooms. We were also pleasantly surprised by the sauna offering with infusion options and a beautifully furnished relaxation area. I also really liked the option of charging my electric vehicle overnight (at no cost, by the way). The good offer was rounded off with a delicious breakfast, where we didn't really miss anything. All in all, the stay was great and I would love to come back here!

I've been coming here since a years. My hotel in Siusi makes reservations every time. It doesn't help, as it turns out, even to be loyal. The langoustines were ordered the day before and they weren't fresh.. 😏 It's a shame because it's a good restaurant and it shouldn't be like that.

Fantastic hotel with an excellent restaurant which specializes in meat but other dishes are also highly recommended. Loved the service attitude of the staff, the amazing wine list and the cosy restaurant. Will be back for sure!
