I don't know how it's possible that this pizzeria isn't in the Gambero Rosso circuit. Sublime seasoning and toppings. Local products that wink at innovation. The dough is perhaps among the best in the world.

Definitely a positive experience at Ristorante & Pizzeria da Silvia in Pimonte. The gastronomic proposal stands out for a well-executed contemporary pizza: high, crispy and fragrant crust, light and well-leavened dough. Particularly noteworthy is the variant with burrata and crispy onion: balanced, tasty and with an interesting combination of consistencies. The restaurant offers a good quality-price ratio, a detail not to be taken for granted for a pizzeria of this level. The guarded parking is very convenient, an appreciable plus especially on weekends. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We were offered a tasting formula by reservation that we intend to try on our next visit. Overall, an address that deserves attention for those looking for quality and attention to detail. Five full stars.

The pizza is really delicious and light, the place is spacious and has good parking.

Nice waiters, delicious dishes and pizzas and good prices

Had a lovely meal tonight at this cosy restaurant. Both the starters and the pizzas were excellent! The "smallest" pizzas were still so big that we couldn't finish them. This was solved by giving them to take away. We would recommend this lovely restaurant to everyone!

The only thing I'm sorry is that we discovered this great restaurant on the last day of our trip. But we already know that we will return on the next vacation. Environment with nice people and friends to welcome you to the restaurant.

Wonderful restaurant, family and location. The best meal & pizza we had in Napoli area. Pizza was prepared by the owner in wood fire oven. Worth the short drive from Castellemmare. Great location to watch sunset too. If we had more time we would go back immediately.

Juste un conseil : ALLEZ-Y. Nous avons mangé 2 fois dans ce restaurant en Août 2024 et honnêtement c’est l’un des meilleurs que j’ai fait de ma vie pour l’instant. Que ce soit en terme de vu, et surtout en terme de rapport qualité-prix, tout est réuni : les pizzas sont succulentes, les pâtes sont consistantes mais aussi l’accueil est chaleureux. Sur les photos 4 et 5, vous pouvez voir une pizza à 10€ puis une pizza à 20€ derrière ! Certains membres du personnel parlent même le français ! Vous pouvez y aller en réservant ou bien venir sans même réserver. Mais attention, en tout cas durant le mois d’Août, pensez à réserver avant pour le Vendredi, Samedi et Dimanche soir que ce soit par téléphone ou directement sur place. (J’aurais aimé être rémunéré pour écrire ce commentaire mais le restaurant mérite amplement !) Je vous souhaite d’y passer dans le cas où vous êtes autour de Pimonte.
