01/02/2025: Biagio (Mr. Antonio and his collaborators) never disappoints. Because what it promises at the start it gives you. It is a trattoria, it does not want and cannot be a restaurant, absolutely dignified and decorous: in fact decidedly more. Very rarely did we not find foods and dishes to our liking. The menu is dry, concentrated, attentive and, the respective prices, relatively modest. Starters, first courses, second courses, side dishes - fundamentally focused on fish - on some occasions indulge in a land menu. But what Biagio offers is, absolutely, fresh, simple, excellent to the point of bordering on excellence. The offer of pastries and desserts (external) has also improved, and the wine offer is good and tasty. What more can I say? A solid place, at Biagio's, on which you can always rely (also because they rightly don't destroy themselves in useless evening shifts: only at lunch) where you can eat well, with taste and simplicity, where you can feel good without burning your wallet, despite a few too long waits - well placed - due solely to the dimensions - correct and humane but sparse - of the place. It kidnapped us over 25 years ago and continues to keep us tied to the third generation.
