The fish is always fresh, the dishes beautifully presented, and the sushi quality is among the best in the area. The atmosphere is refined, clean, and welcoming, ideal for both a dinner with friends and a business lunch. The service is friendly and attentive, and the all-you-can-eat option is truly affordable considering the quality of the ingredients. As a regular customer, I can say that their consistency in maintaining such high standards is a great strength. Compliments to the entire staff: for me, it's the best sushi in Terni. I've been there 3 times... 2 very good, one below average... Very cold food, even the raw fish... Especially at dinner there are many tasty dishes.
