A wonderful discovery in Ischia! Very chic restaurant and very kind staff. Even though it was Saturday evening and without a reservation, they made sure to give us a table for dinner. Delicious pizzas, with a high crust and rich in taste and flavours. I recommend the encore of omelettes, meat sauce and carbonara: an explosion of taste! Everything beyond expectations!

One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten! The dough is light but holds up well to the seasoning, which is plentiful and of good quality! For an excellent pizza in Ischia come here! To conclude, a truly well-kept and welcoming place

We had a few fantastic evenings at Ristorante Dortas...
The place is fancy , elegant and very quiet...
The service is very professional and the waiters Emanuele and Junior are very friendly and polite ...
The food is fantastic and the pizza is world champion level !!!
The quality of the row material is excellent.
It is quite impossible that you find such a perfect combination to any other place in Ischia but also in Napoli!!!

Fantastic. Exactly the brief that the restaurant sets for itself. Simple ingredients cooked with love. Great recommendation on a Rose wine which was perfectly presented and a lovely balance of fruit and acidity. Staff chilled, pleasant and attentive despite youthful good looks. My wife fancied them all.
