Experienced and kind staff, attentive to every little detail. Innovative and quality food, all delicious. A huge good luck to this place that deserves a lot. I recommend to everyone! 真的很好吃，推荐给大家！

A wonderful discovery in Ischia! Very chic restaurant and very kind staff. Even though it was Saturday evening and without a reservation, they made sure to give us a table for dinner. Delicious pizzas, with a high crust and rich in taste and flavours. I recommend the encore of omelettes, meat sauce and carbonara: an explosion of taste! Everything beyond expectations!

We had a few fantastic evenings at Ristorante Dortas... The place is fancy , elegant and very quiet... The service is very professional and the waiters Emanuele and Junior are very friendly and polite ... The food is fantastic and the pizza is world champion level !!! The quality of the row material is excellent. It is quite impossible that you find such a perfect combination to any other place in Ischia but also in Napoli!!! Once you go there you will never forget this unbelievable experience!!

Ero combattuto per lasciare 3 stelle, devo essere sincero. Pero sinceramente la pizza e’ buona, l’impasto soprattutto leggero. Calcolando che siamo ad ischia e non a Napoli, il prodotto e’ ottimo. Però io credo co. Un affluenza simile almeno noi abbiamo trovato solo due camerieri in sala, tra ordinazioni da prendere, sparecchio etc molto in ritardo e in confusione, infatti per ben due volte ci avevano portato pizze di altri tavoli , e la nostra e’ arrivata dopo precisamente 65 minuti dall’ordinazione, calcolando che non avevamo antipasti. Lo consiglio a prescindere di tutto!

19/02/2025: We came here as a family of 5 travelling from the UK. It was close to our accomodation but it came with very good reviews so we tried it for lunch on our final day after check out. The food did not disappoint we had eaten pizza everyday to this point, this being our 4th pizza of the trip. It was definitely the best we'd had in the city (we didn't try them all!) the service was good and the lunchtime atmosphere was great, the place was full of locals having their lunch on a weekday which we took as a good sign. It gets busy but food comes out quickly and is delicious.
