Mario made us feel like special guests: present, attentive, with that rare ability to sense our desires even before they're expressed. In the kitchen, Lina immediately grasped our tastes and transformed them into a sequence of dishes that exceeded all expectations: cuttlefish salad with curly endive and walnuts, crispy fried calamari, grouper and lemon potatoes, spaghetti with clams, and the irresistible spaghetti with octopus Luciana-style. To finish, a sweet treat that lingers: struffoli and apple puff pastry served warm.
The elegant black-and-white decor, the tributes to Sophia Loren watching from the walls, and an exceptional exposed-brick cellar promising intimate evenings. A harmonious and balanced ensemble.

Atmosphere was very nice and intimate. We went during the winter so the town has less people, no reservations required. We has baked fish of the day, two pasta, fillet mignon and some appetizers. Even the side veggies were very well cooked. Chocolate flan and cheesecake were very rich, good for sharing.

After this experience, I'd have to lower my ratings for the rest of the restaurants I've been to. The food was top-notch, the atmosphere fantastic, the service fantastic, and the staff fantastic. I went for a dinner with friends that I absolutely must repeat. I was blown away by the flavors.
I forgot to mention the aperitif in an exceptional wine cellar.

We arrived at the restaurant promptly at our reserved time. Unfortunately, the daily special was simply forgotten at our table; we only found out about it when we were already eating. This shouldn't happen. We were disappointed that it wasn't offered to us and that we could "only" choose from the regular menu. What came out of the kitchen was okay, but aside from the lemon cake with a liquid center for dessert, we missed having a local influence on the cuisine. The wine list offered a good selection from the region and Italy.

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent chef. Excellent polenta and broccoli rabe, as well as the stuffed cuttlefish with broccoli, potatoes, and cheese. Prices are moderately high. A quality restaurant.

My daughter and I had an amazing dinner! The seafood pasta was fresh and delicious, making it one of the best meals we've had in Sorrento. Very nice atmosphere and good service. Highly recommend this gem!
