A small restaurant in a small hilltop village where passion is palpable as soon as you enter. The cuisine is refined but never overdone. Dishes are carefully crafted, with attention to detail and pairings, without compromising on simplicity and flavor. The owner and team's passion and dedication are clearly evident in every course. The sumptuous basket offers an unexpected selection of various types of leavened products and artisanal breads. The portions are generous and succulent. Highly recommended.

My wife, daughter, and I had lunch at Dimora Nannina, and it was a truly pleasant experience.
Chef Giampaolo proved to be very kind, knowledgeable, and attentive: you can clearly see his attention to detail and selection. We enjoyed a tasting session recommended directly by him, and it was truly delicious, with balanced dishes and beautifully showcased flavors.
The restaurant is welcoming and the atmosphere relaxed, perfect for enjoying a quiet lunch. The wait staff was also extremely kind and helpful throughout the service.
An experience I highly recommend and will definitely repeat.

EXCELLENT, a combination of exquisite flavors crafted with skill and passion. Last night you outdid yourselves... it was a mind-blowing tasting experience... everything... from the tartare, cod, gsmberi, stuffed artichokes, and Oscar-winning stuffed potatoes.... Extremely high quality at "honestly reasonable" prices.
The bar is getting higher and higher.

Everything was very good and plentiful.
The dishes were sophisticated, delicious, and I must say truly plentiful. We were bursting at the seams by the end of the meal. Actually, the only funny flaw we found was the constant supply of (very good) bread at the table; we were surprised by the amount we received. Recommended in any case.

I'd been following it on social media for a while, then I heard good things about it and wanted to try it! And I can say that my only regret is that I should have tried it a long time ago and shouldn't have waited all this time!
The venue and ambiance are simple but meticulously crafted, and the staff are courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable enough to offer the best menu choices. In fact, since it was our first time there, they recommended the tasting menu so we could fully experience the chef's cuisine!
A truly perfect choice. We tried everything from the welcome appetizer to the small pastries to finish (everything is rigorously prepared in-house, nothing imported).
The bread served warm, paired with olive oil, and the escarole pizza—I could write for hours. My favorite dish was the egg tagliolini with cacio pepe and shrimp tartare.
I'll conclude by saying that the chef has great potential here and that this restaurant is definitely a contender for top awards. Congratulations!
