Excellent experience, first time but completely satisfied. Nothing overly fanciful... simple dishes, well-cooked. I recommend it if you're passing through the area. This is just a small portion of the appetizer. Most importantly, the courtesy of the staff deserves 5 stars. Good luck!

Well, it's a good restaurant. We ordered three house appetizers, and they were really poor—three weren't enough to feed even one person. The tagliata with caciocavallo and 'nduja was very small for €20, but the meat was very good and cooked as requested. Compliments to the chef. The service was average, and the waiters were very polite. Well, what can I say? It's not a low-quality restaurant. I'd just recommend increasing the portions. Sempre ottima scelta, buona la qualità degli affettati e dei formaggi degli antipasti, con tante buone verdure accanto. Buonissimi i primi, dai fusilli calabresi, alle pappardelle al cinghiale e le tagliatelle ai porcini. Ottima carne, sia il vitello che l'agnello scottadito. Buono anche il vino. Il posto è veramente bello e tranquillo ed il personale gentile e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Sicuramente consigliato.

Aligia è da decenni un punto di riferimento per la ristorazione tipica calabrese nell'Alto Tirreno della provincia di Cosenza. Pranzare o cenare qui è anche un'immersione nell'arte, visto che uno dei titolari è un affermato scultore e diverse opere sono esposte nel giardino e all'ingresso del locale. La qualità della ristorazione è media. Variegato l'antipasto caldo freddo, con una menzione particolare per i peperoni cruschi e le altre verdure mentre i salumi e i formaggi hanno gusto indefinito. Non si capisce perchè un locale di tradizione come questo non punti su prodotti di maggiore qualità: in Calabria ci sono tante aziende artigianali che lavorano benissimo le carni suine e diversi caseifici di ottimo livello. Invece si sceglie di risparmiare, abbassando il livello dell'offerta gastronomica. Non male le carni grigliate. Buone le patate fritte. Ridotta la proposta di dessert. Eccellenti le birre artigianali del territorio, manca la zero alcol ormai sempre più richiesta viste le nuove prescrizioni del codice della strada. Rapporto qualità prezzo equilibrato.
