Overall a very good hotel! Impresses with its chic, contemporary design providing a comfortable and elegant feel. The rooms are spacious, with modern amenities, high-quality furniture and tasteful decor.The hotel's spa, swimming pools and wellness area are top-notch, offering super relaxation and perfect even for a short getaway. The staff is brilliant, excellent service!!! The restaurant serves exquisite dishes with a focus on local ingredients. Friendly staff and excellent service make for a memorable stay. Two major downsides: 1. Location - not the most convenient in the Dolomites; 2. Our air-conditioning in a royal design suite room did not work through the entire stay! We faced 30C several nights in a row and there was no compensation nor excuse for it, unacceptable behavior given the discomforts we went through. A bit surprising that despite calling the reception multiple times, there was not much reaction from the management nor offer to change to a different room. Despite this, our vacation was not ruined.

Fantastic hotel! Spent 3 wonderful days, super attentive and helpful. Top rooms! Swimming pool both outdoors and indoors, various saunas at different temperatures, post-sauna ice room, gym, hydromassage tub, indoors and outdoors... in short... You would want to park your car and never go out again!

Excellent atmosphere with modern facilities and very friendly staff.

Highly recommended for families with children. Also recommended for those looking for peace and quiet, but you have to have some understanding for children. In the spa you have complete peace and quiet, but the pool area is often used by children. I still thought it was absolutely OK. Here are our pros and cons as a small family: parking Pro: Free and lots of free places. Cons: No shade. Position Pro: Good connection to public transport directly at the hotel and central location for various excursions. Cons: Located directly on the very busy main road through the Pustertal. Accordingly, you can hear the street very clearly in the main building, especially at night and early in the morning. Luckily, in the spa or pool area you hardly notice anything except for very loud motorcycles/trucks. Room Pro: The rooms are renovated, modern and well equipped with air conditioning. Cons: Possibly traffic noise depending on the location. Pool/Spa Pro: Very modern, varied and with a great outdoor area including swimming lake and outdoor sauna. The spa at the Bonfanti Hotel is one of the best facilities I have had the pleasure of visiting so far. Cons: There are tea and snacks in the spa only in the afternoon. If you want to go to the pool or spa in the morning, you'll be stuck on dry land and have to bring something to drink with you. And you have to walk a long way from the pool back to the spa for drinks. A second station with drinks at the entrance to the outdoor pool would be great. It would be even better if a service employee would occasionally take orders at the pool. Eat Pro: The food is delicious and varied. The kitchen really puts its heart into it and prepares some very tasty and special creations. Cons: We stayed in the hotel for a week and there wasn't even any fresh, quick-fried meat such as roast beef, fillet, vitello, carpaccio, steak or similar. All meat and poultry were braised. I like it, but especially in this price range and in the long run it's an absolute no-go. Almost all of the fish dishes were way overcooked and too firm/dry. At the buffet there were often various fried foods but everything was cold or at most lukewarm. The other, actually warm dishes were also cold because the containers were not heated despite options. The same thing with 3/4 pension. All dishes (pasta/goulash etc.) were cold or at most lukewarm and therefore not very tasty. This could easily be changed with some hot water under the container and a lid. service Pro: All the employees in the restaurant were always extremely friendly, nice and helpful. There wasn't even one negative incident. You quickly feel at home and are treated accordingly. Cons: Unfortunately, this isn't quite the case at reception. The atmosphere is a bit chilly. The rooms weren't ready on time and the treatment could have been friendlier. We weren't asked how we liked it when checking out. Just print out the invoice, pay and goodbye. That doesn't fit into the overall concept. Miscellaneous: Unfortunately, the elevator in the main building was not renovated or was only covered with gold foil. The entire door system is approx. 40-50 cm deep and the security sensor is only on the inside. If a child or you enter from outside with a bit of a delay, you may be unlucky enough to be hit by the door. Unfortunately, our daughter (3 years old) had her foot crushed under the door and was then terrified of the lift and now of lifts in general. Luckily it was “just” a bruise and nothing worse. There is a three-story play area for children, which has been lovingly decorated. Unfortunately, you notice that since then no one has paid much attention to it and that some things no longer work and everything is a bit chaotic. What's really annoying, however, is the lack of air conditioning or adequate ventilation. In summer you feel like you are in a heated bunker. It sounds more negative than it is but there is room for improvement.

We felt so comfortable in this beautiful hotel, it was simply fantastic. The hotel is located on a busy main road, but that didn't affect our stay as the room had a view of nature and we didn't hear any street noise. You need a car for the activities, the buses don't run that often. The children still rave about the great food and the wellness area inside and out. The room was also really pretty with the sleeping alcove for the children and the designer bathroom. We'd love to come back.

Very nice and clean structure, presence of two swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor, and a large play room for children (no entertainment is provided, which is not necessary for us). Room on the forest side, very quiet and cool in the evening, spacious and clean. Good cooking! We had a very good time

We had a good time in your facility but I must say one clarification, customers must all be treated in the same way, otherwise word of mouth should not be done. Sorry for so many differences.
