The part of the accommodation facility, professional and welcoming staff, common areas and deposit clean, tidy and impeccable. Relaxation area, bar and restaurant, clean, tidy and very welcoming. Breakfast, snack and dinner are truly top notch, with variety in food and served in the best possible way. Congratulations for the whole complex.

Very nice hotel with a great outdoor pool and beautiful sauna area. The food is exceptionally good, even for vegetarians like me there is a huge selection of very tasty dishes/starters/dinners and the service staff are also really good, friendly, fast, great. The only drawback for me is the location right on a busy street. In our room in winter we noticed relatively little of it because it was on the side. Ski shuttle to Kronplatz is perfect. we'd love to come back.

Simply perfect all around! Particularly noteworthy are the wellness area with, among other things, an ice pool and snow room, the excellent food with, among other things, a rich breakfast buffet and appetizer buffet in the evening, the modern and stylishly furnished rooms and the extremely friendly staff. Absolutely nothing is missing. My only criticism would be the party music that is played on some evenings, which in my opinion is not the perfect musical accompaniment to the high-quality culinary delight that is being served.

Great experience ☺️ Beautiful place we had a good time. The only flaw is the spa opening hours, at 3pm it's a bit late... if you wanted to have a sauna in the morning unfortunately it's not possible and the water in the outdoor pool was a bit chilly in our opinion. For the rest everything is ok

I stayed for one night at the Bonfanti for my birthday. The first time I stayed here was in September 2023. It is a beautiful structure, the room is very nice but maintenance could be done (stain on the windowsill, raised wood in the sink top, worn shower head). I was expecting a small gift as it was my birthday, I thought that the two proseccos that were offered to me at dinner to toast were complimentary, but instead they were charged to the bill (12 euros in total), however I appreciated the setting at the table and the greeting card. I must say that the first time I stayed here with the 3/4 board the dinner was excellent and lived up to expectations, this time however, booking only with breakfast included, the dinner was 120 euros in total for two people, excluding water and wine. Definitely a very good dinner but not up to the price. The sauna area is very beautiful, it's a shame that like the pool area, it fills up very easily, for example there are those who were left in the pool without finding a free sunbed. Speaking of the swimming pool, it would be nice if it were looked after more: the hydromassage showed signs of wear, while the pool area had a little dirty sunbeds and the floor was a little dusty. My partner and I both booked two massages which we were both happy with. The abundant breakfast, less well-stocked than the first time (for example, the beehive with honey is no longer in the buffet, which was very scenic and has been replaced by single-portion honey). The quality of the cured meats, cheese and bread is excellent, and the omelettes are delicious. Overall it was a nice stay which, however, could have been improved by some attention, first and foremost the welcome at the reception, which is certainly a negative point.

Very beautiful, elegant and well cared for. An excellent way to unplug and relax in a well-kept environment surrounded by greenery. Even if it doesn't seem like it since it is accessed directly from the road

Very pleasant and relaxing stay, modern and welcoming hotel, comfortable and spotless room as well as the swimming pool and wellness area. Spectacular food even for those with particular requests or intolerances!! Very friendly staff, helpful and attentive to our needs. Just one small suggestion: perhaps in some areas (sauna area) greater control would be necessary with regards to children who unfortunately during our stay we heard chattering in the relaxation areas, continually entering and exiting the saunas, playing with the snow in the snow or stock up on fruit and drinks in the herbal tea area...despite the fact that access to unaccompanied minors is prohibited, we saw children free to play everywhere and this can sometimes be a bit annoying for those who are there to relax. Overall, however, an experience that we highly recommend!
