Very positive experience. The room (for 3 people) was beautiful, clean and designed with a spectacular touch. Furnished with all basic services. Comfortable beds. Truly impeccable cleanliness. Wonderful swimming pool and spa area and managed with great care by the staff. Excellent value for money, only the drinks in both the restaurant and the bar are a little excessively priced. Excellent cuisine especially regarding breakfast, starters and desserts. First and second courses could be slightly better. Excellent location but to reach points of interest you need a car or public transport (bus stop next to the hotel entrance), shame that it is outside the town and there are no possibilities for evening walks. We had a great time and will happily return if possible

We stayed at this property for the Christmas period. It was all very beautiful and engaging. The Forest room is beautiful, the cleanliness is excellent, the wellness area is fantastic. The food is always good, the waiters are friendly and professional. Everything perfect! The only note is that in the swimming pool and in the hydromassage area, it would be useful to have an attendant who maintains a bit of order in moments when wild children left free to dive and scream transform a moment of relaxation into a thunderous tuna trap. Thanks for everything!

The part of the accommodation facility, professional and welcoming staff, common areas and deposit clean, tidy and impeccable. Relaxation area, bar and restaurant, clean, tidy and very welcoming. Breakfast, snack and dinner are truly top notch, with variety in food and served in the best possible way. Congratulations for the whole complex.

Very nice hotel with a great outdoor pool and beautiful sauna area. The food is exceptionally good, even for vegetarians like me there is a huge selection of very tasty dishes/starters/dinners and the service staff are also really good, friendly, fast, great. The only drawback for me is the location right on a busy street. In our room in winter we noticed relatively little of it because it was on the side. Ski shuttle to Kronplatz is perfect. we'd love to come back.

Simply perfect all around! Particularly noteworthy are the wellness area with, among other things, an ice pool and snow room, the excellent food with, among other things, a rich breakfast buffet and appetizer buffet in the evening, the modern and stylishly furnished rooms and the extremely friendly staff. Absolutely nothing is missing. My only criticism would be the party music that is played on some evenings, which in my opinion is not the perfect musical accompaniment to the high-quality culinary delight that is being served.

Great experience ☺️ Beautiful place we had a good time. The only flaw is the spa opening hours, at 3pm it's a bit late... if you wanted to have a sauna in the morning unfortunately it's not possible and the water in the outdoor pool was a bit chilly in our opinion. For the rest everything is ok
