Very nice hotel in Val Senales, good starting point for hiking with a local bus stop. Clean rooms, great wellness facility, friendly staff and very good food. We liked it very much. We'd love to come back.

short weekend in Val Senales, spacious room as well as the bathroom even if the bidet is missing, perhaps the bathroom with the sliding door would be much more functional. Dinner with good choice on the menu, breakfast in the category standard. Small flaw at the reception, staff not always present but always ready for every need. Location along the road in winter a shuttle runs to the nearby ski facilities. Recommended, wellness center not used but very nice, shame it has to be paid for by guests

Really nice hotel, new, undergoing finishing touches. A family run but highly professional business. Friendly owners and staff. Impeccable cleanliness by good South Tyroleans. Breakfast excellent choice and quality. Mouth-watering cuisine (competition dumplings). The only flaw for us Italians is the lack of a bidet. Even if we are used to travelling, the lack of it in Italy surprised us a little. However, a truly relaxing place. Extra praise for separating the children's area

If you are looking for peace and quiet, but also activities in nature, this is the right place for you. The hotel exudes modern comfort. The hosts and their team ensure an unrestricted feeling of well-being! Every wish is anticipated by the guest and fulfilled immediately. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished with lots of wood. Our bathroom had a rainforest shower; just lovely. The breakfast buffet was extremely plentiful and varied. In the afternoon there was a small selection of cakes. The 5-course menu in the evening was brilliant. There are several hiking trails of varying levels of difficulty in front of the house and in the surrounding area. The area around the Vernago reservoir is also very beautiful.

It would have been a perfect 5 star stay if... The hotel has just been renovated so much so that during our stay they continued to add something every day. Beautiful in its simplicity. Even though it is located on the street it is very quiet due to the little traffic and the double glazing windows. The room assigned to us was the right size and a very comfortable and beautiful bathroom. Also equipped with a very comfortable balcony overlooking the front, it offers the opportunity to enjoy the magnificent view of the greenery and mountains. The Spa is excellent. In addition to being very clean (like all the rooms), it is spacious and the relaxation area is extraordinary. So no worries if the weather turns out to be bad. The first sore point is the kitchen. I had advised that my daughter is vegan and explained that we did not require any particular dishes since it is written that they do not offer this type of cuisine but that she would have been satisfied with a box of legumes and then she would have eaten the salads from the buffet or the vegetable side dishes without butter or cheese. In 7 days he has never seen a dish like this. He only ate salads, some side dishes, 1 fruit salad offered one evening instead of dessert. And...despite this the owner made her pay the established sum for half board. Of course, it cannot be said that they did their best (it was enough to read on Google) or felt at fault for this absolute lack of attention. Also surprised by the fact that in a place where water runs everywhere, we were charged for the carafe of the tap served to us at the table every evening. I would therefore say little inclination towards welcoming and meeting customers' needs.

Very great hotel. Has been newly renovated. Sauna great. Swimming pool and whirlpool available. Billiards, table tennis and board games are available free of charge. In the afternoon there is also great cake free of charge. Rooms are small but enough. The food is good. Breakfast is sufficient but there is still room for improvement. We will be back

This is a 4 star hotel "disguised" as a 3 star hotel. Despite being 5 of us, our room was comfortable, very clean and with an exceptional shower. The restaurant offers traditional cuisine with a touch of refinement, the food is excellent and plentiful. The possibility of using an indoor swimming pool, a gym and a games room with table tennis, billiards and football is a further plus. The staff is reserved but helpful and very kind. We had a really good time and recommend it to everyone, especially families.

A very nice hotel in Val Senales with its own shuttle bus to the ski area. The service in the hotel is really exceptionally good and very friendly, we felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.
