Very nice short break in a very nice hotel with a view of the mountains and the valley below.

So, nice hotel at first glance and also in its media representation! We are used to better service in a 4 star hotel, unfortunately. For example, the sauna area is neglected, in which there were no more towels very early in the afternoon, the container for the used ones was overflowing, water and tea were not refilled there either... The water temperature in the outdoor pool, well...heated is something else, and you're used to whirlpools with different temperatures... The hosts are very helpful in the restaurant area/bar! Offer interesting, entertaining events!

A great hotel with even better staff. The food was simply great in itself and if you like wine you won't want to leave here.

Holiday in August for a week, 4 adults, hotel was good overall, but not outstanding for the price in my opinion. Location: Right next to a supermarket and the bus stop, the center of Schema within walking distance, it is a nice walk to Meran through the vineyards and apple orchards. Room: Room is nicely furnished, modern and always clean. Amenities are also regularly replenished. You don't hear anything from the neighbors. Only the air conditioning seemed more like a ventilation system and didn't cool properly, but that could perhaps be changed centrally. Hotel complex: Very nice facility with attention to detail and a great view. Dinner takes place on the terrace. At times too few loungers by the pool, especially in the afternoon. Sauna is switched on on request, which prevents unnecessary electricity consumption. There are several saunas in the sauna area, but no ice or a cold pool to cool down. The relaxation area is for both the sauna and the indoor pool, which makes it sometimes very noisy. Staff: The staff in the restaurant are very friendly and accommodating, things are cleared up quickly and you are regularly asked about your wishes. The hotel manager is very friendly, the hotel manager becomes rather cold and doesn't come across as authentic in her friendly manner, a rather distant atmosphere arises. Eat: The quality of the food is very good and the menu in the evening (5 courses) is varied. However, if you don't like something on the menu, there are always the same alternatives. The salad buffet also doesn't change and isn't really diverse. At breakfast you can order various egg dishes, the selection at the buffet is good in terms of taste, with local cheeses, but not varied and rather less special. The buffet is set up the same every day and doesn't change. Lunch often includes the dishes from the previous day. The option of a vegetarian diet is available and is particularly well implemented at the gala dinner. Events: Unfortunately, apart from a yoga class twice a week, no sports courses are offered. In addition to the gala dinner, the BBQ evening and the tasting of samples, there are unfortunately no events such as music in the evening in the bar. It is empty most of the time. It's good that there is a room next to the reception where you can find out about hiking routes etc.

We booked the hotel at short notice while we were already there. Unfortunately, when we checked in, we found out that the room didn't even have air conditioning. But it's actually standard for me. For a minimal extra charge we got a new room, which was much more modern than the old one. Apparently there is a renovated area and a non-renovated area. I can only recommend everyone to take the renovated one. The breakfast was also very extensive and delicious to enjoy on a beautiful terrace. It's just a small cozy hotel with everything you need for a few days. Would stay there again. I also have to mention that the fantastic view from the upper floors was simply amazing.

Excellent location, just outside Schenna, friendly and professional staff, large, comfortable and quiet rooms. Excellent wine cellar, but the absolute plus is the extreme attention in the kitchen: very well presented dishes, excellent raw materials and remarkable executions!

Not bad, but you get the feeling that the hotel wants to be more than it manages to be. There are better things on site, some of them were old rooms without air conditioning, so we got an upgrade. Decoration takes some getting used to (a matter of taste), great view at breakfast, light and shadow, in short a 3+ with the need to decide on a direction, so a bit of everything, which in some places is average. Too expensive for that. The view in a suitable room is great.

We were passing through and stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Unfortunately, after our arrival the reception was not staffed and we had to wait at the front for about 5 minutes. The rooms were supposed to be on the same floor, which was the wish, but unfortunately it didn't work. The nature rooms are large and beautifully furnished, the view is priceless. Bathrobes are included in the room. There is also a kettle available, unfortunately no coffee, you know it differently from similar hotels. The pool outside was a bit chilly. In the sauna area: Here you had to let us know half an hour in advance that you wanted to go there so that it could be heated up. I found it inconvenient. There was tea in the sauna, but no hot water. The wine list in this hotel is excellent. The cleanliness can really be rated with 5 stars. For breakfast, everything you need is there, but not much else. The snack was quite good. Unfortunately there was no option for the kids to order anything else. Dinner: on Sunday we had a gala evening, it went like chewing gum, unfortunately inconvenient with kids, as 3 hours at the table is not only tiring for the children, but also for the parents. Service staff are friendly and nice. The parking garage is free for guests and is covered. You get a South Tyrol map with which you can visit all the sights. We found that very pleasant. Still, we probably won't be back.
