24/05/2025: Excellent dinner with quality products at a fair price

09/03/2025: I've been to Operetta 3 times, nice places with lots of choice and excellent prices. However, the service needs to be reviewed and let me explain… The first time everything goes well, but I ask for a beer that would never have arrived and I find a waitress who was unable to tell me what type of meat was in the burrito (understood as pork, beef, etc.) Second time everything ok, we get to the dessert and I ask the same waitress for information on what was in the Oreo dessert... I'll limit myself to that. She arrives and brings me the sweet Oreo, which I hadn't ordered, I tell her and instead of bringing it back she tells me that I ordered it, so I get it right, I eat a little and pay for it (you make no mistakes in life). Tonight I come back, and the same waitress voluntarily avoids us, I look at her to get her attention without raising my hand or anything else so as not to cause annoyance or anything, she looks at me but doesn't come... then I see that she says something to her colleague and they both look at me. At this point, thinking that maybe he wasn't understanding that I needed a waiter, I raised my hand to avoid misunderstandings, he nodded to me that he understood, he approached the table 3 times in the following 15 minutes and never asked us what we wanted. I hope that it improves in this aspect because the place deserves…
