La cucina Ligure tipica che ti aspetti in questi paesini, con un servizio molto cortese e piatti buonissimi. Abbiamo scelto il menù classico accompagnato con i vini della stessa cantina, così da assaggiarne diversi. Scelta azzeccata, tutto buonissimo, alla fine abbiamo anche acquistato delle bottiglie. Fabiana's welcome was super in everything!! We asked to have a tasting of the company's wines on Sunday 11 August, she kindly welcomed us even though the company was closed, she let us taste all their wines, opening the bottles especially for us, and they were amazing. He told us about them one by one, with their unique stories, and his sincere passion. Next time we will book at the restaurant, where they serve a tasting menu with pairings of their wines. At dinner just last night with Piedmontese friends. Native of Oneglia, transplanted to the welcoming Piedmont for 45 years, I still suffer from nostalgia. And when I can boast of my origins, of my land and its traditions, I can't help it. And here, I got to do it! I'll just say that when they brought the onion "friscieoi" to the table, tears came to my eyes! Irregular, "unsightly" according to the "Masterchef codes", but I relived my childhood: the same as my grandmother made them! Moving! And then the ravioli (too bad there wasn't borage in the filling, the one my grandmother used to collect in the countryside around the house), but still very good; the tagliolini "au tuccu" and the rabbit. Perfect, in full tradition! Obviously the great wines deserve a mention (you will also find a competence and sensitivity in advising and describing their history and qualities) which have nothing to envy from much more renowned production areas (but you want to consider the difficulty of cultivating the vine in Liguria, compared to the Langhe and obtain these results? I have always tried to explain it to my Piedmontese friends, unfortunately with little success)! and the welcome, the friendliness of the gentlemen, (in the true sense of the term) hosts, of the infinitely helpful staff. A return home, finally true, where nothing is granted to the tourist "business" and where a parochial Ligurian like me can also demonstrate that the Ligurians know how to be welcoming and available. My Piedmontese friends were enthusiastic about it. And I'm grateful! A real piece of Liguria, of real Liguria.

Super restaurant dans les montagnes, lieu â gestion familiale, on nous à proposé un menu dégustation avec plusieurs plats, ils nous ont servi un plat en complément (escargots de leur campagne) un délice, comme touts les plats du menu d’ailleurs, pain fait maison, pâtes faites maison, plats de viande de très bonne qualité, dessert maison digne d’une bonne clôture du repas.
Service très, très, très agréable, merci Niserine.
Le chef Rossano, nous a vraiment régalé à fond.
La patronne fort sympathique et très aimable.
Nous conseillions les yeux fermés.
