During our week-long vacation, we discovered a true gem – a small, charming trattoria run with incredible passion by an older Italian woman. We were so impressed on our first visit that we returned twice more in the following days – a total of three times in just one week! The food was simply divine – authentic, homemade, and prepared with a love that's rare these days. The antipasti were a particular highlight: a colorful selection of the finest Italian delicacies, from pickled vegetables and paper-thin prosciutto to homemade little surprises you won't find anywhere else. The other courses were equally delightful. Whether fresh pasta with rich sauces or tenderly braised meat – every dish was exquisite. And the dessert? Simply "perfetto"! The atmosphere in the trattoria was warm, welcoming, and friendly. We felt right at home, almost like visiting Nonna. The owner personally attends to her guests, bringing a charming blend of Italian warmth and gentle firmness – you eat what's put in front of you, and that's perfectly fine! We already miss the food (and the atmosphere!) and would come back anytime. If you're looking for authentic Italian cuisine off the beaten path, this is the place for you.
