The tour ranges from appetizing, lively, and elegantly dressed aperitifs. To the rich appetizers of local cured meats and cheeses, battered fried foods, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, Vincisgrassi ragù, gnocchi, ravioli, all rigorously homemade by expert hands.
