Nice location...welcoming...hospitable...kind and friendly staff...excellent food...we will definitely go back.The chef...approached the tables...to greet us and ask if everything had it been to our liking. What can I say... 5 stars

We discovered this restaurant through Alessandro Borghese's "4 Ristoranti" television show and decided to have our New Year's Eve dinner here during our holiday in the Marche, booking two months in advance. We were delighted with the decision! Place located just inside the walls of Sirolo with a beautiful sea view, large and well-furnished interiors, very courteous staff and quick and efficient service. Formula of the evening at 110 Euros per person, drinks included, with a glass of champagne brought with the first of the appetizers and as the wine of the evening an excellent Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi "Casal di Serra" 2022 from the well-known Umani Ronchi company, which is well it is accompanied by the various courses, and a glass of sparkling wine for the toast. All the dishes we tasted were delicious, with balanced and never intrusive flavours, a real delight. Many appetizers: to start with an oyster (accompanied by a glass of Champagne), then tuna tartare with stracciatella, caramelized onion and gazpacho, marinated anchovies, panzanella and sapa, sandwich with red snapper ham, raw scampi with lime gel, seared scallops, sliced ​​tuna, grilled octopus, polenta with seafood, aubergine caponata and swordfish. As a first course, paccheri with shellfish sauce and as second courses, croaker in potacchio with cherry tomatoes and olives and a mixed fried fish with vegetables. For dessert, a chocolate bar filled with raspberries. Finally, after the midnight toast, the traditional lentils. Also worth highlighting is the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner Giorgio, who stopped by the tables at the end of the evening to find out if everything had gone well and who kindly took the usual photo. We can't wait to return as soon as possible and be able to choose à la carte. Highly recommended place, one of the best fish restaurants we have ever been to. Well done!

I went to this restaurant to try the Anconetana brodetto which I found excellent. To while away the wait (I had only ordered that), I was offered a portion of very good polenta with octopus ragù

We found this restaurant on Google with many positive reviews and we did very well to trust it. Very kind service (we hadn't booked and they managed to find us a place), wonderful view of the sea and very high quality dishes! We highly recommend the ravioli filled with mango and pink prawns, with shellfish sauce and prawn bisque!!!

I went to the Rosa restaurant for my birthday and they made it fantastic, chef Giorgio with wonderful dishes both in terms of presentation and taste, a special thanks also to all the dining room staff!

I have been to the Della Rosa restaurant several times, and have always enjoyed it very much. Delicious dishes, excellent service, pleasant and welcoming location. Sicuramente un ristorante da visitare a Sirolo, ampia proposta di pesce, buona la qualità dei piatti anche in considerazione del numero importante di coperti e il doppio turno da pizzeria. Un problema è che la terrazza è limitata e l'interno non è condizionato quindi il caldo si è fatto sentire parecchio... Le porzioni sono anche troppo abbondanti, non siamo riusciti a prendere un dolce. Costo adeguato.

Consiglio il menù degustazione, ottimo e abbondante. Location ok, servizio ok, prezzo ok, piatti ok. La mia personale migliore esperienza culinaria in questi giorni di vacanza nel Conero.
