I had lunch for the first time in this restaurant which is spread over different levels and which sees the main room enriched by a covered terrace and veranda which allows a magnificent view of the sea below and the Conero promontory. Among the various and inviting appetizers, I was tempted by the large plate of raw fish which I later discovered was made up of two different courses, both truly engaging due to their presentation and colors which satisfied the sight even before the palate. The first course included two oysters and in the center of the plate a tuna tartare enriched with a mix of seeds and surrounded by various pairing options with various vegetables, various sauces and caramelized onions. The second course, presented on a transparent glass plate resting on a luminous support which certainly made the presentation more spectacular in the evening, featured a truly rich and satisfying palette of carpaccios with related combinations of jellies and fresh fruit which melted in the mouth, unleashing a rainbow of flavors that cheered not only my palate but also my spirit and that of my guests; the dish also featured a raw prawn and a pink prawn but perfectly prepared to be easily shelled and a very original blue crab tartare; a truly welcome and unexpected touch was the mini dip with carrot, celery and green apple which completed the dish.
As a second course I wanted to try grilled scampi and prawns with citrus sauce presented on a bed of lightly seared and seasoned vegetables which created an irresistible combination with the simplicity and perfection of cooking.
I didn't taste it but I saw the fried food being served: a basket of calamari, prawns, scampi and paranza accompanied by vegetables presented in an aluminum colander lined with yellow frying paper, truly choreographic and with an excellent aroma, I would say. The wine list is engaging and begins with a selection of French bubbles but which in the following pages returns to the national territory with bubbles and still wines, whites and reds which represent the oenology of most of the Italian regions with careful attention to territoriality ; a personal applause for the presence of a vast selection of rosé wines sincerely Congratulations!
Professional, attentive and precise service; the chef's fleeting appearances in the dining room are welcome and appreciated, allowing us to get to know the creator of the satisfaction felt in the diners. I will definitely return, very soon, to this temple of culinary imagination to taste, among other things, what I have already pinned down: Ravioli stuffed with mango and pink prawns with shellfish sauce and prawn bisque.

Experience to remember. Tasting menu from €50 per person (there is another one, from €60 per person), consisting of a selection of hot and cold appetizers and a sumptuous fried seafood and au gratin skewers. Excellent raw materials, a splendid mix of refined and traditional flavours, very young but extremely knowledgeable and kind dining room staff, splendid location overlooking the sea of Sirolo. Very honest price, good wine list too. Highly recommended.

Really excellent food, especially the raw fish dish and the ravioli with prawns. Very pleasant environment, without being too pretentious. Fair prices, perhaps even below the average for the place considering the level of the food.

Sicuramente un ristorante da visitare a Sirolo, ampia proposta di pesce, buona la qualità dei piatti anche in considerazione del numero importante di coperti e il doppio turno da pizzeria. Un problema è che la terrazza è limitata e l'interno non è condizionato quindi il caldo si è fatto sentire parecchio... Le porzioni sono anche troppo abbondanti, non siamo riusciti a prendere un dolce. Costo adeguato.
